Ordered my pizza with a 2hr heads up. Arrived on time to pickup my order was told that it wouldn’t be ready for another 15-20min. I ordered 2hrs ago! What’s the point of an order ahead order? Also this place is dead. Sad atmosphere, feels like a hospital waiting room.

So disappointing when you go somewhere to eat and the entire staff ignores you. Stood in front of the counter for about 10 minutes. Employees walked by numerous times. I get that people are busy but come on! You can’t even acknowledge us when we’re standing right in front of you? Would not even look at us. We left and won’t be going back. Must had been a new location that just opened recently, kinda bare inside but very clean. The pizza was good, and the salad bar needs more veggies for salad. For the price you pay for a salad at least. Had no parm or chili flakes shakers for the pizza toppings on the tables had to hunt for some salt n pepper also. All that matters was that the pizza and service were good. Haven’t been to a Round Table Pizza in years….

We come here about once a month – today Lance greeted us. I thought he owned the place. He thanked us for choosing RTP, gave us a clear time on food readiness, was engaged with everyone who came in. After dining in, I went up and asked him if he was the new owner? His behavior clearly demonstrated he was owning the satisfaction level of each customer.

Had the absolute WORST pick up experience ever at @RoundTablePizza at the Sierra College Blvd location in Roseville California.
My $100+ order was 45 minutes late AFTER the original 20 min pick up time. There were 9 other unhappy customers patiently waiting for their orders. I asked what the issue was and they responded with they were “busy”. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Simon came out and was extremely rude and after suggesting that they correct the pick up times and also let the customers know that they were delayed by more than 30 minutes would be helpful he asked what I wanted him to do for me, and before I could answer he said (very rudely and sarcastically) “What about a free ranch will that work for you?” The staff seemed uninterested in providing ANY kind of customer service.
I proceed to wait, and the employees (led by Simon) were singing songs and joyfully going about their conversations without greeting or speaking to any customers. The young girl employee had no idea how to run the one register at the front and she also came from behind the pizza making station to use the register and had pizza sauce and ingredients all over her hands and touched the screen and RETURNED to making pizzas WITHOUT washing her hands!!!!!!! NOT one employee was wearing a hair net. Simon’s long hair was down and loose as he was making pizzas.
While I waited my 45 min I used the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting and had not been tended to. The trash in the lobby was overflowing as well.
I asked Simon for the store manager or franchise owner information and he wrote down an INELIGIBLE email for me on a receipt paper and said there is no phone number. That the manager Destinee would not be back until Wednesday.
I will NEVER visit a Round Table location in Roseville ever again. I cannot believe the lack of BASIC customer service and cleanliness in this facility. @RoundTablePizza
