Love the vibe but the food is what makes this place so amazing. They have a wide variety of options to choose from and are very careful about allergies and dietary restrictions which is great. We try something different every time we come and are always more than happy and full when we leave. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Rhody Roots was the highlight of my trip to Rhode Island. I had no idea that a restaurant of this caliber was just going to be tucked away in the town of Warren so nonchalantly. The head chef has cooked for President Obama before and there are photos of it hanging in the restaurant. The open kitchen concept with the bar top as soon as you walk in is very inviting. You are able to see and smell everything being made.
I really appreciated how “food focused” the menu was. The offered unique variety of selections that was very interesting. While some at my table got sushi, I chose the duck melt. This was easily the BEST thing I had on my trip. I wish I took a better photo of it to properly illustrate it to any viewers but it was amazing. It has great flavor, amazing cheese that completely complemented the melt itself and the bread was perfect. Not too dense but also toasted to perfection.
I definitely would go out of my way to come back here again. Worth visiting if you are in the surrounding area. The drinks were also phenomenal, I would recommend getting something as well to wash the duck melt down with. Thanks!

I went for dinner last night after following them on Instagram for a long time. I’m so happy I finally made it. I went with a friend and we had amazing service. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help us when we were torn between two options. My friend got the gluten free fried chicken sandwich with fries and she said it was great. I tried some of the fries and they were perfectly seasoned. I had the vegan mac n cheese with seared tofu and carmelized onions. They were mindful of our allergies and we felt very taken care of. Our cocktails were delicious too. I can’t wait to go back!

This was an absolutely great experience all around! The atmosphere, the server, the food were all outstanding. Shout out to our server LIAM!! Super friendly, welcoming, fun and chill! Never rushed us and was attentive providing excellent service. The food was AMAZING. The burger I got was one of the best I’ve ever had. The beef itself was so delicious and fresh. The portion of fried pickles was crazy! Even just the presentation of the food was beautiful. Everything was impressive. Shout out to the chef! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Great food made to order!! Absolutely loved that everything on the menu could be made gluten free or vegan. Pictured below are the “hash it out” and “liquid cheesecake” French toast both GF and so delicious. It is obvious that a lot of time and care go into all of the dishes here – definitely worth the wait!! Plus service and atmosphere are a 10/10

They have NO IDEA how to scramble an egg AND THEY OWNER IS BEYOND RUDE.
If you request something goes back they will force you to pay for it without you taking a single bite and they do not tell you until they give you the check.
They offer scrambled eggs on the menu but will give you a fried egg with the yoke broken instead and claim that’s the way they “scramble” their eggs.
It’s clear that the owner has some emotional issues since she can’t even have a disagreement with a costumer without being rude beyond belief. Her pettiness and unprofessional demeanor shows in how she responds to 1 star reviews.
It’s sad she is unable to act like an adult especially with how old she looks.
I’d give them one star but then no one would see this…

Fantastic birthday dinner with Liam. Post COVID it’s been difficult to find a quality, attentive, natural, cheerful service. They are lucky to have such a competent, friendly and kind server at their establishment. Dinner and drinks were eclectic, delicious and made with care and love. Everything was excellent all around. Rhody roots made the night.

Located at 511 Main Street in Downtown Warren, RI, this place is good sized sorta eclectic homey style restaurant. Cool wallpaper, art and awards on the walls. Cool bathroom, nice touch with 1950’s TV set located inside. The food was all excellent and fairly affordable. We had a mix of strawberry salad, sushi and a fried chicken sandwich with lots of fries. I highly recommend and plan to come back next time in New England.

Food is excellent. All meals served at any time. I had the Mac and Cheese, customized it with tofu, chipotle, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms tomatoes. My beautiful bride had a cheeseburger with greens aka salad. She loved the salad and the cheeseburger was delicious and quite interesting. Not ordinary.

Great little spot on the main strip in Warren. Great menu with lots of comfort food choices with a homemade touch. Fried chicken and rice bowls are always amazing. Strawberry salad was great. French fries are always fantastic!
