This was our second meal in Glasgow.
We found it be quite expensive The crabcakes 3 for £17 were not great value. The scallops were delicious £29 for 7. Fat chips were excellent too. Whitebait was a little overcooked and not to my taste.
Several items on the menu were MP. The fruits de mer was £175ish – sadly over our budget and more than we paid in London recently.
The staff were super friendly and helpful and the place has a lovely warm stylish vibe.

Amazing seafood restaurant in the West End that feels classy with fresh quality seafood.
The oysters are the best I’ve tried, the bloody Mary dressing is refreshing and pickled celery on top of it is the highlight, the oysters tasted super fresh!
Our favourite dish is the seared scallops in anchovy butter, it was served sizzling, tastes buttery and tender!
Another favourite dish of our is the charred octopus, the octopus melted in our mouth, the chorizo and pepper cassoulet is super tasty and flavourful!
The dressed crab was full of crab meat and crab roe, great dish.
The whole john dory in chicken butter sauce is great too, good fish and meat easily off the bone, the sauce gives the dish a lot of flavour, I like the mushrooms in the sauce too, being a lot of umami.
Great service, plenty of seatings, very nice atmosphere, highly recommend for all seafood lovers, we would be back for sure to the more food!

this restaurant feels swanky, classy and sleek and entering it makes you feel like you have a high flying job working in design. the seating is comfortable, it is not too loud and the lighting is flattering to the food and your company. we ordered mostly off of the specials menu and were not disappointed; the oysters were fresh and delightful, the crab was creamy with a subtle umami flavour, the scallops were juicy and tender, and the octopus was cooked to perfection, not too rubbery and accompanied by beautifully seasoned hummus and chickpeas. truly could not be happier.

Great seafood place for seafood lovers. Halibut is fresh and succulent. Grilled octopus is soft, like to nuts in the sauce. Oysters are fresh, sweet and creamy. Desserts are must try.

A great seafood restaurant, just off of Byres Road. The menus is of course mainly seafood , yet with options for non pescatarians. The food quality is first class , the menu quite innovative. The food is presented beautifully, the atmosphere is relaxed, the staff attentive yet unobtrusive. Highly recommended and worth a visit.

Forgot to make a booking when family was visiting- the kind front of house team kindly made room for us and even found us after we left down the street to provide us with a table after initially unable to accommodate us.
Fresh and perfectly cooked food – great cocktails- my family visiting was well impressed. Always the best place for a special night or to take visitors to

Great atmosphere, very cosy but classy. The food was amazing, I would highly recommend the scallops (not shown in the picture but the butter is delicious), the oysters and the lobster. Went there for a birthday meal, although expensive was worth the price.

A fantastic meal of a variety of the excellent produce on offer. Had a sample of most of the menu and must complement the chefs on an excellent service wich we were privileged to watch. It was great to see a kitchen running well and all staff working towards serving the customer . A great seafood experience not to be missed. Enjoy.
