Absolutely disgusting experience at this Burger King. I ordered 7 Whoppers, 2 large fries, and 2 orders of 8-piece chicken nuggets from the drive-thru. When I went to eat one of the Whoppers, I found a dead spider inside. Thank God I don’t eat pickle, while removing them I noticed it otherwise I might have eaten it without knowing.
I feel sick to my stomach just thinking about it. This is a serious food safety issue and shows complete lack of cleanliness. I will never come back here again, and I recommend others stay far away from this location until they fix their standards

Am employee should never be cursing at a customer for asking a question. Then cursing at employees and telling them to shut up. This is beyond unacceptable and there were children in the line seeing this disgusting behavior. I’m honestly scared that this man will become physically violent. And… this person is the manager.

My food was pretty good!! I will say this though… I was ordering my food on the kiosk and it took like 15 minutes (which is kinda long imo); they ask me what drink was mine… I get it, they were probably understaffed and had some customers in the drive thru but it didn’t look like a lot of people. I sit down to eat, and I decided I wanted to order some more cheesy tots! I go back up to the kiosk and order 2 8pcs cheesy tots with 3 packets of zesty sauce. The workers clearly saw my order and I think they think I’m crazy or something. Honestly, I think they were judging me, or maybe they assumed my order was a glitch. This time I took the cheesy tots home, and when I got to my apartment… they only gave me one 8pc. Tbh I kinda wasn’t happy but food was still good, store looked clean and plus THIS IS A HUGE BURGER KING !

Staff is very disrespectful with customers. At night with the driver through. I do doordash and the staff talks very nasty to us dashers. Giving out rude orders, and down grading us tell me as a dasher to get a real job. If it happen to me I know it happened to others

Bathroom was trashed missing toilet paper no soap no paper towels or a dryer. One employee was nice the others all had an tude issue. Dissatisfied. Won’t be back.

Food was fine, but the service of the staff was HORRIBLE. I mean worst of the worst customer service. Not to mention i had to witness people talking about coming back to shoot up the place and arguing: mind you i was with my friend and our kids (6,8,9,9years old) when we decided enough was enough we got up to leave and thats when a customer started yelling that we “didnt belong” and “shootings happen everyday, they better run” as we were scrambling to get our kids out and safely into the car. We didn’t deserve that what so ever. We were in the area and this was the closest fast food place to where we were. I will NEVER EVER come here again.
