I live 45 min away, any time we come to fort worth we visit this cotton patch. Food is always good but today was the best! Waitress was very friendly and attentive and the cooks were great. Food was delicious. Definitely recommended 100%

Everyone was friendly. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. Our server was very knowledgeable and gave us the time and space to fully review the menu. She was attentive without being obtrusive. Drink refills were offered. About halfway through the meal the manager came by and asked about the food. He also advised he was the one who cooked my son’s very large chicken fried steak, stating he wanted to make sure it was cooked correctly. Will definitely consider returning as the food and service were excellent.

I had a terrible experience at Cotton Patch in Lake Worth. My order was completely messed up, and when I called to try to get it fixed, the situation only got worse. I spoke with the manager, Geo, and he was absolutely no help. Instead of offering a real solution, he told me that if I drove all the way back up there they would replace the sides but the rest of my meal would obviously be cold by then. That’s not a fix, that’s just inconvenient for the customer.
When a restaurant messes up an order, the least they can do is make it right without making the customer jump through hoops. The lack of accountability and poor customer service from management was honestly more frustrating than the messed-up order itself. Definitely not the kind of service you expect when you’re paying for a meal.

I have been wanting to check this place out for awhile. The radio ads and DJs hyping this place up had me curious and excited. From the reviews, they are on the extreme ends. Either the food is great or it’s an off day. My visit was an off day. The positives are the rolls were warm and soft, strawberry lemonade was yummy, and my waitress did a great job. The Mac and cheese was cheesy but the temp was lukewarm. The bites of bacon green beans were either cold or lukewarm, it was a guessing game. The Monday special came out hot, fresh out of the fryer, but it was tough and rubbery. I don’t like wasting food so I ate everything but my curiosity has been satisfied and I can positively state I will never be back.
