There is plenty of seating, enen on a weekday afternoon, and some outdoor seating as well.

The workers are always super sweet and kind. Everytime I get a drink from them, they make it so delicious. It’s a very clean environment unlike some other Starbucks’ in the area. This Starbucks location is my all time favorite and I would recommend coming here!

We will drive past 5 Starbucks in NJ to come to SB Montvale! They are by far, the best barista team we have ever had. Friendly, professional and most of all… they execute your order to perfection.
I tried a new drink for the first time, and it really wasn’t for me. I sat and sipped away at it, without saying a word. The young girl who has helped us in the past, brought over my standard flat white with care. The client experience here is second to none.
Well done to the management Chris, who set the bar and has this team running efficiently beyond words.

I absolutely love Starbucks! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for studying or catching up with friends. The baristas are always friendly and skilled at crafting the perfect drink. I can’t get enough of their seasonal flavors, especially the Pumpkin Spice Latte! Plus, their commitment to sustainability makes me feel good about supporting them. Highly recommend visiting for a cozy coffee experience! ☕️

Apparently photography is prohibited here… Got told off in a condescending manner by a barista named Levi… when asked why, Levi said that it’s their new policy lol… It’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard regarding cafe “policies”. I called up their supervisor Patricia, and confirmed that they in fact don’t have such policy hah… She offered me a free drink to which I declined. Perhaps the barista was simply in a bad mood that day, or maybe can’t look at the sight of an Asian family having a good time while waiting for their drinks. (Btw, coffees tastes mediocre…) Nonetheless, I’m never coming here again. An employee whom reps an entire franchise should not just make up a policy and lie to their customers’ face. Unbelievable…
