Ruby’s Kitchen is perfect for dine-in and takeaway, especially if you’re looking for late night food or a restaurant open till 10 PM. Clean environment, friendly staff, and consistent quality. Highly recommended for anyone searching for good food near me.
What made the experience even better was how personal it felt. Even though it’s a cloud kitchen, the owner actually came out to greet us and chat for a bit. It gave the whole thing a really warm, welcoming vibe you don’t come across much anymore.
Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and made with real care — you can feel the pride behind the food. Definitely one of those places you want to keep coming back to. Already told a bunch of friends to check it out.
What really stood out was the exceptional service we received from the owner, who was very friendly and welcoming.
If you’re looking for a tasty and authentic Hyderabadi Biryani in Miami, Ruby’s Kitchen is the best!
We loved the food so much that we ordered again the next day for the ride back to Tampa.
I also want to mention that this is a take out place, and it’s not a sit in restaurant.
Of note, It is a virtual place (munchlabs) where you can order through website of ruby’s kitchen or through the counter and it has a cute little space outside with chairs and tables.
Cherry on top, it is halal
The chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice balance of spice and flavor. It’s honestly one of the better chicken sandwiches I’ve had in Miami. The hot tenders were also a standout — crispy, spicy, and super flavorful without being greasy. They had that perfect crunch with every bite. And the mutton biryani? Absolutely delicious. The rice was aromatic, the spices were on point, and the meat was tender and flavorful. It didn’t taste like something just thrown together — you can tell there’s real attention to detail.
What I really appreciate is that everything tasted fresh and made with care. It’s clear they take pride in using good ingredients and doing things right, which isn’t always the case at newer spots.
The vibe inside is simple and relaxed — clean, casual, and comfortable. It’s not overhyped or trying too hard. The staff was super friendly, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel welcome right away.
Even though they’re still new, you can already tell they’re building something special here. If you’re in the area or even just passing through, I’d highly recommend giving them a try. I’ll definitely be back soon — this might be one of my new go-to spots in Miami.
