I had a great experience at Ruby’s Kitchen. It’s a fantastic fast food restaurant with fresh food, great taste, and quick service. The burgers and fries were delicious, and the overall quality was impressive.

Ruby’s Kitchen is perfect for dine-in and takeaway, especially if you’re looking for late night food or a restaurant open till 10 PM. Clean environment, friendly staff, and consistent quality. Highly recommended for anyone searching for good food near me.

We were looking for a halal place to eat near Miami downtown. Found this restaurant online. First, we couldn’t find the location. Upon calling, we were told that they are located inside Munch Labs. There were a few other restaurants operating from within the facility like a ghost kitchen. Since the food was prepared fresh, we had to wait quite some time. However, when the food arrived, we were so glad as everything was scrumptious. The burgers, patties, chicken tenders and even fries were delicious. The chicken was soo juicy. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Awesome
Had to drop a review because this spot seriously blew me away. We tried the butter chicken, tenders, and burgers — and not a single thing disappointed. The butter chicken was packed with flavor, the tenders were crispy and juicy, and that burger… man, it was so good I completely forgot to take a pic until I was already halfway through it (as you can probably tell from the photo ).

What made the experience even better was how personal it felt. Even though it’s a cloud kitchen, the owner actually came out to greet us and chat for a bit. It gave the whole thing a really warm, welcoming vibe you don’t come across much anymore.

Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and made with real care — you can feel the pride behind the food. Definitely one of those places you want to keep coming back to. Already told a bunch of friends to check it out.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ruby’s Kitchen in Miami, and I must say it was a culinary highlight of our trip from North Carolina! The Biryani and burgers were absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the portions were generous.

What really stood out was the exceptional service we received from the owner, who was very friendly and welcoming.

If you’re looking for a tasty and authentic Hyderabadi Biryani in Miami, Ruby’s Kitchen is the best!

The only CERTIFIED Hand Slaughter Halal Restaurant I found in Miami. Big burger, delicious wings and biryani, large in quantity, good in taste and fast in service. Definately would try again and recommend others who eat certified hand Slaughter halal. Special THANKS to the owner who has simply labeled Hand Slaughter Halal on Biryani.

This place has the best beef biryani, exactly like Karachi’s authentic biryani, we also ordered chicken sandwich, wings, and malai paratha roll and everything was top notch.

We loved the food so much that we ordered again the next day for the ride back to Tampa.

I also want to mention that this is a take out place, and it’s not a sit in restaurant.

Mr Iqbal is a wonderful man to begin with. He went above and beyond to serve the most delicious food of my miami trip. He offered even items not mentioned on the menu. Chicken biryani portion was very generous and tbh even being from nyc i haven’t eaten such a delicious biryani with such a tender chicken. Crispy burger was fresh to the core. When Mr Iqbal got to know that we are tourists here, he made an extra ordinary complimentary chai. Will surely be returning to this place whenever i will visit miami.
Of note, It is a virtual place (munchlabs) where you can order through website of ruby’s kitchen or through the counter and it has a cute little space outside with chairs and tables.
Cherry on top, it is halal

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ruby’s Kitchen definitely deserves one. The food here is seriously top-tier, and it’s all halal, which is a huge plus for me. I ordered the chicken sandwich, hot tenders, and the mutton biryani — and every single thing hit the spot.

The chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice balance of spice and flavor. It’s honestly one of the better chicken sandwiches I’ve had in Miami. The hot tenders were also a standout — crispy, spicy, and super flavorful without being greasy. They had that perfect crunch with every bite. And the mutton biryani? Absolutely delicious. The rice was aromatic, the spices were on point, and the meat was tender and flavorful. It didn’t taste like something just thrown together — you can tell there’s real attention to detail.

What I really appreciate is that everything tasted fresh and made with care. It’s clear they take pride in using good ingredients and doing things right, which isn’t always the case at newer spots.

The vibe inside is simple and relaxed — clean, casual, and comfortable. It’s not overhyped or trying too hard. The staff was super friendly, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel welcome right away.

Even though they’re still new, you can already tell they’re building something special here. If you’re in the area or even just passing through, I’d highly recommend giving them a try. I’ll definitely be back soon — this might be one of my new go-to spots in Miami.
