The food was good. Very fresh and tasty. There is a call button which I find nice as someone who doesn’t like being watched when eating. We also got free ice cream!!!

The service was great. The food was not the best. The rice was old and the ribs too fatty. The soft serve ice cream was good. Interesting tidbit: the Chinese characters under the name Chew Me are pronounced “Chew Me” and it means “Autumn Taste”

Oh my goodness. When I say this place is good, it is GOOOOD. The food was absolutely delicious: soups were rich and warm, tteokboki was chewy and flavorful, and gimbap was fresh and well made. All the portions are large, prices cheap. While the menu is small, every dish is masterfully done and I can say without a doubt I could close my eyes and choose something random and love it! Service is also sosososoooo amazing!!! Our server was so kind and paid amazing attention to our needs and any small details — literally best service of my whole life. If you’re in LA and are looking for food, you gotta give this place a try. Genuinely such a hidden gem!!
A little clarification, I got the tteokbokki mild as a girlie who cannot handle the heat! The cute little cat bottle opener was a freebie!!

Everything is made fresh and you can taste the difference! The chef is also the owner, and you can really tell how much heart goes into every dish. All the sauces and ingredients are freshly cooked to order, which makes a huge difference in flavor. We had the tofu soup and the zhajiang noodles, both were absolutely delicious and highly recommended! The service was just a tiny bit slow, but totally understandable since everything is made fresh on the spot by a small team. Definitely worth the wait. Will be coming back for sure!

Was looking for something to eat after an event i was at and this popped up in my feed. Do keep in mind that their menu is small but honestly not mad at it, easier to pick what you want to eat. I got the soft tofu stew and was also given some side veggies and kimchi to snack on, i was given a refill on those which worked perfectly cause I added them to my stew. Would definitely go back if in the area

First time trying Korean food. Was very tasty. My family and I tried the potstickers, tteokbokki, and gim bob. Really enjoyed the tteokbokki (with ramen) and the gim bob. The service was excellent and the waiter answered all our questions and was very polite. Highly recommend and will be coming again.

Food was amazing, not too pricey, and we got free complimentary ice cream
EDIT: BE CAREFUL around the neighborhood, especially at night. My friend and I got followed by two men after walking out of the restaurant. One looked white and the other looked hispanic. Luckily nothing happened, but please be safe.

Fairly limited menu options, so if you have a large family, keep this in mind. I got the much recommended Galbi stew. My first time trying it. While tasty, it is more of a soup than stew, with thin (tasty, though slightly salty) broth. You can see from other reviews with video that it comes out boiling, so be very careful for the first few minutes. You can see from the pictures that the ribs fall off the bone. They are not well trimmed though, so you have a lot of fat in the broth. I wasn’t a big fan of the side of rib dipping sauce, though others may like it. I thought the meat was fine on its own. The stew is basically seasoned broth, ribs, and noodles. I may return to try some of their other choices.

We had the galbi soup and the Jjampong. The galbi was not bad but it was too fatty for my wife. The Jjampong was terrible. It didn’t have much seafood and had too much cabbage and noodle. The service and atmosphere were fine. I would not recommend this place.
