I went with my friends for dinner the food was delicious but Appetizer should be improved as well as portions. The cuisine was flavorful. The Atmosphere n service was great so we might visit again.

We have been to Ekta several times now and it never disappoints. There are many Indian restaurants, but few who offer the combination of excellent food, service and prices. We highly recommend this restaurant. It’s not fancy – just delicious and a great value.

I politely asked the guy, “how come your price is different than what it shows on google”. He rudely replied and that’s okay. Moving forward, I request if you can make my biryani a bit spicy and he said okay. I am right now having biryani, they just added red chillies but there is not taste and no salt. Worst service, rude manager and bad taste and overpriced.

This is the best Indian food in Philadelphia, hands down. The value is excellent, and while the paneer mangoli is a particular stand-out, everything I’ve tried has been great. It’s our go-to local restaurant!

My first time trying Indian food and decided to get take out from Ekta as I live in the area and pass it almost every single day! I was pleasantly surprised. Got two huge samosas, paneer naan, baigan bharta (eggplant dish) and rice for about $23. All vegetarian friendly! It was so delicious and I will definitely be going back 🙂

We ordered Chucken tikki masala and chicken normally. Which we have had many times before. Recently. The chicken has NOT been tender and instead has been tough, especially in the masala. We will try someplace new next time.
