Horribly filthy. Outdoor garbage and cigarette butts all along the front of the store. Dirty empty tables. Filth on the floors. While kind of a high end community, this place feels like walking into a third world country.
Both stores in town were about the same, as I left one to go to the other. Literally 6 donuts on one shelf, 9 on the second store. Bought 4, plus two blueberry muffins offered from the back. Those must have been two days old. The breakfast croissant bread was so stale, inedible. The innards were tolerable.

There’s always someone in the drive through ordering tons of food like it’s a McDonalds. Not a good place to stop if you want to grab a quick cup of coffee to go. Since this place started offering tons of food options like a Starbucks, it went downhill. If I have to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee in a line of cars, I’d rather support a local small business.

Not sure if the people working there are trained incorrectly or just lazy to read instructions on the order placed via Dunkin App.
Why have the capability of customizing an order on the app, if people working at your store are not going to read them let alone follow them. I ordered everything bagel (dark toasted), what I got was a untoasted bagel with butter slapped on one halve of the bagel. The bagel was cold, not even luke warm what a waste.

Sat at the drive through speaker for 2-3 minutes before anyone greeted me but only after I yelled hello, the lady that works early mornings is just rude and never says hello Goodmorning she just seems miserable, she never even tells you the total. Last week I was in the drive through with other vehicles for 15 minutes. Total of 3 vehicles in line that morning.
