The servers were attentive and kind, the mushrooms didn’t come out of the kitchen correct and so they kindly took them back and took the cost off our bill. There were many options of different dishes for appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I would recommend this place to seafood lovers. But Despite these positives the food was just not great, the mussels did not have as much flavor as other places, and the mushrooms did not taste right.

Rating based on overall experience for a first timer. Shown our table. Was able to go to the restroom and back before a server arrived. Kinda sad. Once we ordered drinks we order an app with the suggestion of the wait staff. Not disappointed. Biscuits were amazing. Salad was over dressed and romaine was pretty much to the point of being thrown out. Steak was asked medium was more medium well. Not sure if it rested while the rest was cooked. Scallops were good but bacon not all crispy. Brussel sprouts were great. Pasta was over cooked but sauce was creamy and flavorful. And lobster tail was ok. Not anything to write home about. Over all $100 spend for a date night without adult beverages. Paid for the experience and should have gone to Olive Garden honestly. Server was amazing and took great care of us and cooks only screwed up 2 things. But they were the most basic.

The oro valley location has really gone downhill while consistently inflating their prices. The server Jordan S was not attentive and more concerned with gossiping with a former employee at the bar than attending to us for the basics of drinks, napkins, and silverware. It’s unfortunate to see other bad reviews about the same server yet obviously nothing has been done to rectify his bad attitude and terrible service. When our food came to us we were without silverware for about 5 minutes and when Jordan finally stopped by we tried to ask for that along with napkins and a refill and he walked away saying he’d get that right now whilst we were still in the middle of asking. I ordered the ultimate feast and the crab legs came without dipping butter. My husband had asked for a medium cooked steak and received an overcooked slab of tough meat. The plate also just looked sad with the way it was plated with a small amount of soft, underseasoned french fries. We talked to the manager who was friendly and listened to our complaints. She was happy to remove the meal my husband refused to eat from our bill, and added she gave us a discount on my meal. We also had the pleasure of listening to the former employee sitting at the bar yell to Jordan about how hot another man was and discuss past relationships which was something I felt made the atmosphere awkward and more like a dive bar than top notch restaurant. We have come to this location many times over the years from our first date, celebrating anniversaries, and celebrating our kids. We just wanted to have a nice night out celebrating our anniversary.

The server was nice that is about the only positive thing. The prices went up and food quality and the amount of food went down way down. I spent $43 for what! The food had zero flavor. The crab legs that were pencil thin and barely had any meat had a very fishy smell to them. Definitely not fresh. When I received my plate with the six small pieces of shrimp scampi there was zero flavor to those as well and they were rubbery. The “lobster tail” was rubbery and flavorless. I definitely will not be coming here again. Not the first time but thought I would give them a chance again. The bottom picture is what the plate looked right when they handed it to me so I don’t get the piled up shrimp thing.

As always, Red Lobster does not disappoint. The service is great, and the food is delicious! I had the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake which is an enormous amount of food for the price.
