I have been stopping here a lot this week just for simple things and I have to say the morning crew has it going! They are awesome. Even when I order a cheese burger at 8am wait still isn’t long I love that the employees don’t just seem dead to the world in the morning. It seems like they genuinely want to be there and it makes a world of a difference to the customers. Thank you morning crew for making my mornings brighter

I actually prefer going inside to eat here with the kids so they can play on the slides. Not to mention their front counter employees are usually much more polite than at most fast food restaurants and don’t try to ignore/avoid you if you go up to the counter needing service like they do at the McDonald’s in this town. Definitely a good environment for young kids and they don’t make you feel like you can’t let your kids be kids here like a lot of places.

The food was fine but there was a guy working that was being so rude yelling at a customer and then his coworker and slamming things around and no manager ever said anything to him or stopped him the whole time we were there. It was scary everyone was on edge not wanting to say anything to set him off more. I didn’t get close enough to see if he had a name tag but he was a skinny black guy maybe in his 30s or 40s with kind of long hair. My 6 year old was with me and she was hiding behind me holding onto my pant leg from being so scared from how loud and crazy he was acting. I had my husband on the phone and he was worried asking if everything was ok because he could hear it through the phone the guy freaking out and he wanted me to leave right away not even wait for our food!!!

I order online and everything is smooth from order placement and fufilment. The thing that gets me is the staff Infantilizing me when I’m picking up my order trying to “teach me” the right way like I’m a child. I already paid and just need my food. I do not work for you and I paid you to fulfill my order why are you Infantilizing your custom ers it’s demeaning.

I was given a very burnt whopper. I took it inside and while explaining to the cashier, a dark skinned guy with dreadlocks (the cook) overheard and came to the front ranting and raving. Saying how I better pray for karma, that he’s “covered in the blood of Jesus to protect against false prophets like me” , that he would “remember my face” and that I’m white trash who should make my own food. Mind you I literally just said “this is burnt to a crisp, can I please get it remade?”
Apparently the manager condones their cook threatening customers because no one interrupted his tantrum, instead allowing him to come around the counter threatening to “give me something to complain about”.
Absolutely appalling experience all around. I won’t be going back.

Only place in town with a play place my 1&2 yo love the slides but still need a little help getting up. There isba tiny babybslide they can do on their own though. Food is alright. Customer service has been friendly on every visit
