Came in and ordered a wrap and sub. Never was asked if I wanted my wrap toasted they just did it and when asked why they said “they had to or the bread would be too hard” that’s a first to hear. They didn’t wrap it the right so it’s not even staying together and it was cut with paper around it! The other sub was cut with a dirty knife that was just scraped off on the discard bin opening right before cutting the sub. The staff were seeming like they didn’t even want to be there and their veggie area was messy with cross contamination in bins. Your better of going to the other one at 2388 Lee Rd 430, Smiths Station, AL 36877. They are friendly and keep their food prep area much cleaner. They also use a CLEAN knifes with every sandwich and I guess where their wraps aren’t so hard they must be toasted even if a customer doesn’t want it. I will definitely be going to the better one even if it is a farther drive.

The manager stephanie always sitting out back chain-smoking and playing with cats. She is never in the store and is always seen drinking at the VFW wearing her subway Work shirt and get sloppy drunk in it, and tried to start a fight with me this evening at the vfw with a beer in hand while in her subway work cloths

this subway has really gone down hill, i used to live this place, like walked from my house liked it, and then they hired all new staff and they can’t make a single damn thing right, i ask for green pepper, i get black pepper, i say provolone they give me american cheese, i was yelling over the glass the items i wanted on my sandwich and they still got it wrong.

I did a online order and went to pick it up. Once I got home and was about the eat my sandwich I didn’t have everything I asked for on it. I called the subway and the lady said she would call me back. Never received a call back. So I called them back after 30 minutes and they said they tried to call me back and wasn’t getting through. The lady said she made my sandwich and I said ok but all the stuff I asked for isn’t on it. I took pictures of the sandwich and everything, but she wanted me to bring it back up there to check it and I told her I ate half of it because they took forever to call back. She said she’s sorry she can’t do nothing for me. Never again!!!

The best part of the store is its location in a small community near several schools. The employees are friendly enough, however they refuse add extra of any veggie. This is the only Subway I have ever encountered that does this. Today it was olives. We do a lot of road trips east of the Mississippi. This includes subway stops all the way from MI, to NH to FL and everywhere in between. The conclusion is that it is by choice of the owner/ management. I am not referring to a sandwich loaded with everything here. The only ingredients are chicken, pickles and olives (absolutely nothing else). Considering that there is no cheese, condiments, or any other veggie – I do not believe extra olives on the sandwich will crush the bottom line. The employees will even refuse to add them for an upcharge. I thought the whole point of having a sandwich shop where you get to pick the ingredients is that YOU get to actually PICK your ingredients.

just picked up my online order and to keep it simple whoever tried to make these sandwiches needs to be fired. bacon was white, chicken was cold, 1.5 pieces of tomato on a 12in. Just terrible. order #31d6ef0f-de. will never go there again an been going here for 35 years. (I’m 35 years old)

Fantastic service. Popped in for lunch on a busy Monday. The manager Ms Barbara and Justin, the guy working the counter, were great. Justin was super friendly, made great suggestions and made sure we got any savings we could. Will definitely come back.

I went in to get my favorite sub The BMT! I am sorry to say, the veggies were so nasty! The spinach was mushy, the lettuce looked just as bad! Tomatoes and cucumbers looked like they had been frozen then thawed—mush!! I brought my naked sandwich home to add what I wanted to it. YUCK!
