I came in to grab a latte/cappuccino/espresso as advertised in their window. I brought some work with me and wanted to enjoy some coffee.
When I went to order, the worker taking my order looked at me like I had 3 heads and said “we don’t do cappuccinos”. I politely asked if they had expresso at all and was told “we don’t do that here”.
Maybe you should change your advertising or be a little more understanding to guests who come in for the items you’re advertising.

If I could leave a zero I would. The bagels were dry and hard as a rock, they were disgustingly gross. And then I called the store to let them know that I believe that they sold me old bagels and the owner had the audacity to try and tell me some run around story about them being in the bag in the cold for too long. This place is absolutely disgusting and they aren’t American owned. They didn’t even offer me any type of credit or refund. The bagels are complete trash, and as far as the owners they are rude and think they have the answers to everything. I am absolutely mind blown on the ridiculous story this man just tried to give me. If you are thinking about ordering from this place I wouldn’t suggest it. The entire dozen of bagels went in the garbage. And because they didn’t offer me any type of credit or refund I am lodging a complaint with the better business bureau, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Wanted to treat myself to a bagel with lox. Asked for bagel scooped. The bagel and a 16.9oz (small) poland spring water was over $18. I should have looked at the bagel before leaving as this is what I paid over $18 for…not acceptable

Made this my go to place, come here every Sunday morning and other days. Up until recently I started getting treated like a back of the line customer for some reason even though I usually tip well. Most recently i got 3 of the same sandwiches and one was completely skimped out and i was told that the rest of the sandwich was on the other side of the bagel which it wasn’t. I guess its time to find a new bagels spot in the morning it was good wile it lasted

DO NOT order Bagels from this place. Waist of $$$. Got a dozen bagels delivered – they were cold hard & so dry they broke into pieces when we tried cutting them. Heating them up in the oven was pointless.
Guys do yourself and look into other places. I’m leaving this review so you can make a better decision. Good luck & again be cautious of the place especially when prices of food are so high!!

Quick late breakfast, the food was good. Coffee was fresh. I ordered a protein bowl , very flavorful ! Egg on the roll was good. Quick service .

Food is great, but that doesn’t matter when Employees have a bad attitude. Not one warm smile, and everything you ask seems like you’re bothering them. Used to be a great place- sad to see the quality of customer service go so far down.

My husband picked up an order here and they got my order totally wrong. They put vegetable cream cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. How disgusting! I asked for just plain cream cheese. I tasted it to see how it would taste case I would like it and it made me sick.

This is the first time I’ve ever done a review, simply because of how unbelievably rude the business was. They deliberately toasted the bagel to the point it was burnt to a crisp. Why would they ever give me a burnt bagel to eat? And if they made a mistake, they should have apologized, but the worker didn’t, just because he wasn’t the one that toasted the bagel.
