We went as a party of 12…3 hours later we left well fed, not rushed, and in great spirits!
Food was great, the atmosphere with live music was fantastic, and honestly it was just plain and simply put a great night with our frends and kids!!!
If you are not in a rush, and want a good time to relax and just slow down for a night which when you think about it, we all need now and then….I would suggest an evening at Bistro on the Hudson.
I will be back either for wings or with couples as we had a great experience.

We had a great experience at Bistro on Hudson! We came from out of town and went to Mohegan Sun during the day. Bistro on Hudson at first glance looks like a bar for locals, but the food was excellent. I had the blackened salmon, which came with two sides. I got the side salad and macaroni and cheese which were all really good. We also split the wings, which were excellent. My boyfriend got the prime rib, which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Bistro was able to take our larger group. The food was delicious and affordable. The staff was very patient and kind with accommodating us. I definitely would recommend this place.

Rick and Kim are amazing people!! Such a fantastic establishment!! Just like going to a friends house! Food is DELICIOUS!! Staff is super friendly! Make you feel like one of them! Prime rib is the BEST!!

I took my mom Here for her birthday lunch.She had the Shrimp Bisque which she said was delicious and enjoyed the fish-and-chips very much. I was initially disappointed that they didn’t have any vegetarian options, however the waitress offered to have the chef make me something.That turned out to be a fettuccine dish with fresh vegetables and Scampi sauce. Delicious! Also their fries are amazing. The waitress was super nice and it seems like a very laid-back friendly place

Great atmosphere. The service was excellent. The appetizers were really good too. For my meal I ordered the 12 oz lobster tail but I have to say it was really disappointing, extremely overcooked, rubbery and had no flavor whatsoever. I could barely chew it. I was really in a seafood mood and they were highly recommended but it was really a letdown how the lobster turned out.
