I have a soft spot for Starbucks and this has the classic vibe where you can grab a coffee etc and take a seat for a bit. This is a popular location in Barkley village. My old traditional favorite is a Venti caramel Frappuccino but i dont think i need that much sugar these days. Got a protein latte, it was very good. Staff was promp and friendly and ill be coming back.

Friendly and time efficient service every time I have been here. Probably one of the nicest Starbucks in my experience. There is no drive through

I am a local mortgage lender and have been coming to this Starbucks for 8+ years. My office is right up the street. Very friendly staff and very efficient service for how busy this location can get. Great spot to plug in and work as well as it’s one of the last “sit down” Starbucks in the area. Barkley village is also a nice area to walk dogs/kids/bike ride and this Starbucks is right by a trail system.

TIP: No drive-thru but I’ve never had to wait more than a minute, and there’s parking available right next to the entrance on the east and west sides of the building. Friendly staff, fast service, and a warm fireplace. 🙂

Always clean and friendly service.
I usually mobile order at this location and have always been lucky to have my beverage ready by the time I get there.
Parking on the Haggens side is ample.

I’ve been a long-time Starbucks customer, but this recent experience was very disappointing. Due to issues with the app, our office placed an order over the phone, hoping to make it easier for the team since we had 9 drinks to order. However, when we arrived to pick up our order, we overheard a barista, who was older with white short hair saying, “These people really need to order somewhere else,” not realizing we were already there.
It was incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression. We understand that large orders can be a hassle, but as paying customers, we expected a bit more respect and courtesy. We appreciate the effort it takes to fulfill orders, but a more positive attitude goes a long way in customer service. Starbucks is known for its friendly atmosphere, and this was far from it.
Hoping this feedback helps improve future experiences.

I loved the idea of compostable cups when I first heard it, but the cups that starbucks has been using completely ruins the taste of their drinks and leaves gross brown stains on the lids. This has led me to stop going to starbucks entirely.

Just had a very bad ‘management’ customer service. I was given a gift card through the Starbucks egift cards. The link was not working, so I showed her the emailed receipt. She said she was unable to do anything that I needed to contact customer service. I let her know I had to get back to work, she went to the back to look for the number for me to call for customer service. I waited a minute or so until I had to start walking back into work. She chased me down, yelling and screaming ‘ ma’am!!!!! ‘ as I turned around she asked why I walked out and again told her I needed to get back to work, as I only had a few minutes to grab a coffee and lunch. Mind you, people were all outside at the outside seating, while she is literally yelling at the top of her lungs. I go to this specific location at least twice a week. As well as purchase gift cards. It is very unfortunate that she is considered management after how she handled the situation today. I will not be going back.

I got my all-time favorite. Green tea matcha latte with oatmilk and an extra scoop of matcha. I didn’t buy it at this one, but I love their Impossible breakfast sandwich too.
