I gave the restaurant 5 stars because I’ve never had a problem i always ate there for dinner never lunch. Today I decide to go have lunch. And I ordered the 14oz seven pepper crust, new york strip. I asked for the steak to be cooked well done. I also asked for loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus. I went online before I came into the restaurant because i was going to call my order in. Online It says that they have no brussels sprouts, so I said, okay, I will order asparagus when I get to the restaurant they do not have asparagus but they do have brussels sprouts? Good thing I like them both. So I ordered the Brussels sprouts.
When the mashed potatoes came out, it was not loaded. She had to bring me a side of the loaded items when I cut into my steak it was pink. They had to send my steak back to be cooked and it was not good it was just okay. I don’t think I will ever come back and eat there for lunch again only dinner.

This longhorne is making it tough for me to continue to go. I am a huge fan of the 22oz steak and i get once a week but we order the large cheeseburger for my wife and ask for just lettuce and tomatoes and they consistently forget or just dont add on purpose. At first i asked my wife to just keep going and now im at the point of frustration as well, as once again they forgot even after i also write it out on instructions as well (pic added) . I give up .

My server Kara was super attentive and pleasantly spread a happy and pretty smile the entire time. I’m most inspired to leave this positive review by the steak. I have never had the perfect pink/red AND hot all the way through when ordering med rare. As a former steakhouse chef I know going in if I order med rare it’s a dice game most places. Not when (so I’m told) Jason is on grill. Manager Anthony also surprised me with a pleasant stop by my table and presented a caring and knowledgeable energy that was well received. I chose to ignore his lack of taste in NFL fandom. Over all tho, Anthony exhibited a well warranted pride in his restaurant and I will certainly be back, possibly during football season. Be Good. I want to preface that it was Valentine’s Day but I wanted to go longhorn steakhouse for an early birthday dinner. Everything at this location was amazing. Our server came over fast and was very attentive. Our food was hot and fresh and everything was delicious. I really loved the food and I wanted to give hats off this location. I could tell it was a busy day and that didn’t affect our servers mood or our food. Which is great. Whatever they are doing they need to keep it up!!!

Staff was great. Food not so great. I ordered a med. rare Outlaw and it came out blue. Wife ordered a burger medium well and it came out medium rare. It took so long to get the food, we just ate it. For the price of going out now-a-days, they could at least take an extra 2 minutes and cook the food correctly. We won’t be back to this location.

We had lunch today for business with my company and there were 8 of us. Our whole party was seated by 11:55am and our waitress Nicole was on it as I have heard is always the case. We had our orders taken including apps and were in and out by 12:50pm. Nicole is the most personable and sweetest waitress I think I have ever encountered. Definitely will be back!! The food was on point and everyone was happy with their dishes. Ask for Nicole to be your waitress, you will not regret it 🙂
