This food truck serves authentic Mexican food to go or eat at their picnic tables under an awning. Find a wide variety of beverages in the grocery store next door while you are waiting for your food to be prepared.

We’ve been eating here for years. And sadly over the last year the food quality has really been, going downhill. I bought 12 street tacos today.. only received 10, they refused to give me my 2 tacos or my $4. The asada meat was extremely overcooked and fatty, the tortillas were so hard I couldn’t chew them. Onions tasted old and just over all the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Enough so that we will be finding a new taco truck to eat at. Also the smell of rotting meat or dead animal was so strong it was making customers waiting for food gag. This makes me sad because 2 years ago I would have told you that this was the best taco truck in Clarksville, now taco bell is better… sorry not sorry…

The bar has been set.
I have just had my worst food truck experience. Maybe even my worse restaurant experience.
I pulled up to this little food truck at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. There were a couple of signs that caught my attention, the first said it was Taco Tuesday with tacos a dollar each. The second sign was by the window said buy five tacos and get a drink for free. To me that sounded like a good combination.
I looked in the window and I noticed no one was working, but there was a guy sitting there at the outdoor tables. I asked him what was going on and he said they hadn’t made it in yet. Just about that time a man and woman left the Mexican grocery store right next door and proceeded to climb into the truck.
The other guy placed his order and then I immediately placed mine right behind him. Five tacos, that’s all I ordered from a taco truck. That seems pretty easy, right? I knew something was wrong when my bill came up to $8.80. 5 tacos at a dollar a piece with a free drink somehow ended up being $8.80. Once I brought that to their attention, I sat down and waited for what I thought would just be a couple of minutes. Now we fast forward to 48 minutes later when I finally got my food after raising a stink. Keep in mind, that I was the second person to order food. However, I was the 12th person to receive food.
Nine Mexican men ordered, got their food, and finished eating while I waited. Make of that what you will.
When I was running out of lunch time, I finally asked where my food was and the guy said oh we’re working on it now. I don’t know why they didn’t work on it the entire time since I ordered before everyone that was still there.
When my food finally arrived, the guy asked me if I wanted red sauce or green sauce. I told him that I wanted green sauce and he asked me if I wanted one or two packages. I told him I wanted two. Would you like to take a guess about how many I received? If you said one then you win a prize.
I then asked him about my free drink as I pointed to the sign. He told me they don’t do that on Tuesdays because the tacos are so cheap. First of all, that was not stated anywhere and it’s seemed like I was paying full price for those tacos. He said he would go ahead and give me my drink since I had waited.
I had to grab my food and head back to work to eat at my desk since that took so long. When I opened the package I was stunned. I have seen cookies in packages at the grocery store that were bigger than those tacos. I mean they were tiny. Now I understand why they were so cheap. Nothing about that experience warrants me ever returning.

It must be for Hispanics only. I stood at the window waiting to order, and the lady inside just looked at me. It’s a good thing we have eight other Mexican restaurants in Clarkesville.
