I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. The food, dessert, and wine were all delicious and hit the spot. I sat at the bar alone but didn’t feel alone with good conversation and check-ins with staff. Fortunately the chef came out from the kitchen and I was able to personally thank him for such a good meal. I’ve been here before and had a wine tasting a long time ago so I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I highly recommend this jewel in Durham.

I am not a foodie at all, I went for the wine. But when I tell you I felt this food in my heart and soul. The food was mind blowingly good. It was a religious experience. Thank you chef for taking me on a journey.

It was a chill spot for a date night. Highly recommend.

Max with Offline – I recently went to The Wine Feed in Durham and had such a great time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I love that they offer wine in multiple ways: there’s a retail section for bottles, a wine bar, and a full restaurant. It really gives guests a lot of variety, no matter what kind of experience you’re looking for.

For appetizers, we ordered the Wagyu Beef Sliders and the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, and both were absolutely amazing. Everything was packed with flavor. If I had planned to drink more wine, I definitely would’ve tried the Cheese and Charcuterie Board because I saw one at the table next to us and it looked incredible.

There were four of us at the table, and we each tried different entrées. One person ordered the Crab Risotto, which was full of flavor and had a nice kick of spice. Another ordered the Sweet Corn Carbonara—the sweet corn cream sauce was phenomenal and the fettuccine was cooked perfectly al dente. Someone else got the New York Shrimp with a seasonal arugula salad and balsamic demi-glaze. It was seasoned to perfection and didn’t need any sauce. I had the North Carolina Catch Special, which that night was shrimp and scallops served over a bed of vegetables. It was absolutely delicious.

The menu is on the smaller side, but everything we tried was bursting with flavor. The service was phenomenal—the staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The only small downside was that they had run out of straws, which I personally like when I’m drinking, but it was hardly a dealbreaker.

Overall, The Wine Feed delivered on all fronts: atmosphere, food, wine, and service. I’ll definitely be back.

We have found a hidden gem. The food was absolutely outstanding. The wine list was created with expertise. And the staff was some of the most lovely people I have been. This is someplace that I plan on frequently often. If you have an event at DEPAC, this should be on your to-do list.

The Wine Feed was a very pleasant surprise. The restaurant has a fun vibe, offers wine flights and has a great menu. The staff was helpful and seemed to enjoy working there. The hushpuppies were a unique take on a classic dish that everyone enjoyed. They were served with two flavored butter options which both very good. I had the wagyu meatball flatbread which was delicious, the meatballs being the highlight. The beet farfalle, waygu beef bolognese and wild mushroom flatbread were also enjoyed by everyone. We finished the meal with a chocolate pot de creme which was big enough for two and very rich. We will be adding The Wine Feed to our list of restaurants to return to again!

Went for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner. Great atmosphere and wonderful food and drink. Whatever you get for dinner, be sure to eat the glazed pork belly as your appetizer.

I visited The Wine Feed last Saturday with three friends, and we were so impressed. The space has such a cool, inviting vibe – perfect for relaxing and catching up. Their wine selection is outstanding, with so many unique options to try. Our server, Mari, was amazing – super friendly, knowledgeable, and offered excellent recommendations that matched each of our tastes perfectly.

We ordered a few small plates, and the food was absolutely mouth-watering. You can really tell they put thought into their pairings to complement the wines. Overall, an incredible experience – delicious wines, scrumptious food, and top-notch service in a beautiful setting.

Highly recommend The Wine Feed for anyone looking to discover new wines, enjoy great food, and spend time with friends in a welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

A group of us met for our dining group this week at The Wine Feed. They arranged a great place for the eight of us around a table where we could see and hear each other easily. Water was brought as each person arrived. Once we were all settled, our server took wine orders. For a place called “The Wine Feed,” I was kind of shocked that there was such a limited selection. Only three reds and whites, and a single rose. The Sangiovese blend that I got was ok, but I’d have loved a different Italian option. The staff explained the menu and the daily special and took orders. Our food arrived relatively together, and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. I had the wild mushroom flatbread and a sweet corn and bacon carbonara (half order). My glass was empty, and I requested a menu to find something else to have with the rest of the meal. A white was suggested and I ordered it, but I wished I had gotten one of the other reds. The white was very mild. The carbonara was ok, but there was little bacon. The sweet corn overpowered any saltiness, and there were no condiments available to assist the flavor.

Desserts were well received. Payment with table side handhelds replaced the usual chaos of paper, folders, and plastic. Kudos to our server who managed this well. I recommend for a nice evening in a very inviting atmosphere and fine service. I’ll probably be back, but there was nothing that grabbed me and made me want to return immediately. If you’re living in that area, I could see it being your usual place.

We had the most fabulour dinner! Prices were so reasonable and most dishes had half plate options. Regretfully, i ordered a half plate for my main entre. It was so delicious i should have ordered the full size. The crostini burrata was equally delicious. We each had appetizer, salad and main coarse along with a tasty wine flight. Special seasonal desserts were equally delicious. All of this, including dessert was about $60 each, a bargain in my mind. The staff was very welcoming and the environment quite cozy. It was our second visit; the food was equally delicious first time around. We agreed to place this restaurant at the top of our list.
