On 08/23/2025, my mother and I stopped by to grab a bite after grocery shopping. We ordered our food at 2:55 pm, and it wasn’t ready until 26 minutes and 20 seconds later. I went up to the counter to ask if it was ready yet and took this picture. I was informed they are really behind and dirty for the delay in the most robotic sense a human can be.
My order was not the only order that was taking way too long. There were about three bags sitting full of food under the “warmer”, and about five to six sandwiches sitting under the top warmer.
I saw our frys sitting in the “warmer”, the cooks slid my mother’s burger to the frys and didn’t even attempt to make my burger until I asked again where the food was at.
The two people in the kitchen were moving as slow as molasses, the guy who took our order up front was newer, and the gal doing the drive thru want even making an attempt to help bag any food.
You need a new staff at this location. I’m not the only who experienced this type of service that day. Unless something drastic changes, we won’t be the last.

Heres just a quick synopsis of my brief experience here. store is completely dead and there are two workers there. The store isn’t near closing time. I give a simple order of 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium drink. Other than being frustrated that that’s a over $12 meal, I get my food blasted with mustard and ketchup and I’m missing a patty.
They had to take some time to have everything up because nothing was ready. You weren’t even close to being closed, how can you not be prepped for anyone showing up? I get messing up an order when you are super busy, But the place is dead. You can at least pretend to try. Wouldn’t recommend coming here again.

We got our hamburgers at 5:00 pm tonight.
They’re the worst hamburgers we’ve ever hard.
The bun was so hard, couldn’t hardly bite into it.

Went here with my family to get some lunch due to running around all day and we were starving.
What a mistake!
The lobby was disgusting. Our feet were sticking to the floor, trash all over the place, and not one clean place to sit. It was completely empty too.
Staff was just standing around or playing around and when we got our food….let just say, we already knew by then what to expect.
Avoid this place. Food poisoning was feared by us all. I had the worst stomach ache cause of the burger here and will not be returning EVER!
This location really needs to be addressed!

Food is always old even when being reassured they would make it fresh. This place needs either new management or to be shut down. It’s disgusting how long food sits under a heat lamp then is given out to a paying customer. It’s bk I’m supposed to have it my way and this is not what I asked for.

This bk is trash. They only gave me half my order. Also got a large drink with my order and only had 3 ice cubes in it coke tasted like diet coke. Their hash brown bites taste a day old and are super rubbery. They should change the menu instead of French toast sticks they should just be called French toast bricks. You probably could break a tooth on these things. And not to mention no syrup at all with the order.

Gave this place a second chance, and just seems like they can’t get their stuff together. I understand people like ketchup and mustard it’s a must on burgers but when you over do it on a entire family bundle on EVERY SANDWICH IS WHEN IT BECOMES A PROBLEM. NO ONE WANTHS THAT MUCH KETCHUP OR MUSTARD ON THIER BURGER TO WHERE IS BECOMEA OVERWHELMING. Put a little bit and people can ask for more or can even add it on themselves at home. And not to mention the lil boy at the window gave him my phone to do tap to pay and it shocked and his exacts words where, “we sparked something we are meant to be” like come on I don’t like the same gender and also didn’t go to bk to get hit on by an underaged boy I went for food….
