I pulled into the drive through at 10:36 pm this evening (Thursday, February 26, 2026). I waited at the speaker for roughly 4 minutes before someone took my order. I understand it was late, and they closed in 20 minutes. I said hello about 3 or 4 times as well checking Google to make sure they were open. A gentleman took my order and I pulled forward to the second window. While waiting to pay for another 3 minutes before I see anyone, a male walks up, his back facing towards the window with his pants sagging. His boxers were hanging out surprised they stayed up on his body for how low they were sagging. Anyway, he didn’t bother to take my card to pay, then I see a female merge here way up to the window from the back of the restaurant. She looks at me proceeded to turn around then she realized I was staring at her, and she proceeded to turn around and grab my card to pay.
I ordered the smallest size wedges and a large side of macaroni and cheese. I get home to eat and my wedges are cold and taste extremely old. The mac was great until I got to the bottom of the bowl and it was extremely cold.
Normally I have no problems with this KFC/Taco Bell ever so I’m not sure what happened tonight!
Do better for your customers!

I only give 1 star because I can’t give negative first off lady can’t answer drive through properly because she’s too busy laughing and messing around I ordered mac and cheese small gravy and a cinnamon twist. when I pulled up to the window the drive-through lady said they didn’t have enough mac & cheese for a large but for two smalls, I said that was OK. The cinnamon twist were burnt and tasted smoky. The mac & cheese, one of them wasn’t full all the way there was less than 1/4 of mac & cheese in it and it had burnt hard brown pieces in it. We enjoyed KFC to go twice during our recent ski trip, and the difference in service between the two locations was remarkable. This particular location exceeded our expectations by preparing our order in half the time! They thoughtfully included napkins, silverware, honey, and butter packets, and even provided a dish for dipping the tenders in ketchup. A truly standout experience

An interesting KFC right off the highway.
We stopped on the way up north. We ended up getting some famous bowls that were just ok.
They were out of chicken except for some full pieces ( drumstick / wing) so there were no boneless chicken options of any kind. No tender, no popcorn, no patties for chicken sandwiches.
How does a KFC run out of chicken on a Thursday? That’s like their whole thing.
Regardless, the service was just OK. They weren’t apologetic about it either. They said it like it was normal and matter of fact. We were very tempted to go elsewhere and I wish we would have.
The lobby was cleanish but the straws / napkins/ lids were not stocked and we had to ask for them over the counter.
Overall a disappointment.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this location. I will never eat here again. My mother in law picked up a bowl for my son and the worm that was discovered in it is completely disgusting. I’ve never in my 40 years of existence thought I’d find something like this in a food establishment. They should be held responsible, but I know nothing will become of it. Sad! Your establishment is a down right, apparently and literally, DIRTY shame. Whoever owns and/or runs this place should be ashamed of themselves and the food they serve the public. I will be contacting local health officials.

Had ordered Taco bell. Asked for no beans on my burrito- guess what? Yep beans. Glad I dont have a allergy. Cinnamon twists came with our meals- they tasted so badly of old fryer oil, We couldn’t eat them.

Does that look appetizing to you. So burnt! Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt one other time but this is the last. Tried calling and redialing but they wouldn’t answer. I know why they know it’s someone on the line to complain and want their money back. Too bad for the travelers knowing this is the kind of food they’re getting.

My fiancé picked up dinner for us and I ended up with a spicy potato taco and the potatoes were extremely crunchy. And I got a chicken sandwich and this is what my bun looked like… didn’t realize until I was mostly done and it had a bunch of hairs on it. Very disgusting. Won’t be back
