I usually don’t have any complaints about this location. The food is good the portions . Today was a bit different, going through the drive thru; the girl was pleasant and polite when taking my order, with the exception that when I drove up to the window she took my payment; Twice I had a request, she walked away from the window immediately and did not ask if I needed anything else after she gave me my order. Again she immediately walked away. The drive thru was not busy. As I did appreciate that she showed a pleasant face- her pleasant face did not match good customer service. Hoping that this did not happen to anyone else. Date 2/11/26 approximate time between 12:20pm-12:30pm it was pretty frustrating to be ignored.

I had to do this review because of some other negative reviews on this location. My review is based off probably 10 or more visits since this place is opened and not some single experience during the grand opening when staff was barely trained. They did have some issues on their first week or two with speed of service and portion sizes. None of those issues exist at the time of this review.
As I’ve said, I visited this place in the double digits easily. One time I was charged for a premium item when I did not get one. The staff apologized and offered me either a refund or a credit. I live nearby so I took the credit. They were super apologetic and provided me credit for an entire entree plate. Keep in mind that their mistake was only worth $1.50. but they went above and beyond and gave me a plate equal to $10.50. Yes, places have issues from time to time. It is how the business confronts and takes care of those issues is what matters. Customer service is key. We are all not without mistake. Do you expect others to allow you the grace to evolve? If yes, then you shouldn’t expect everyone else to be a finished product.
After the second week portion sizes have gone to normal standards. And actually in the last two visits from two separate servers, I’ve been given very generous portion sizes. My food is always hot. When an item is running out, the staff always offer to allow me to wait for a fresh batch. Tables are always clean. They always direct me to the forks and napkins counter even though at this point they are starting to recognize me.
In the time since this location opened it has become at minimum 9/10 rating. I just wish they bring in those Panda Crafted drinks.

Really surprised at the amount of stars. Kiddo and I went through the drive thru at lunch time on a Sunday. Not busy, and the young lady who assisted me was pleasant. Only one car ahead of me and not much of a wait to get our order. The order was fresh and good portions. No complaints, I’m glad there’s now a drive thru location near me!

They shorted me the food I paid for by putting my medium entrees into small containers. Give me the food I properly paid for. Food is already expensive, you don’t need to find even more ways to overcharge customers.

Everything that is fried has way more breading than actual meet especially the Beijing beef. The Panda on Fowler has better quality food which is really strange.
