Was traveling back to Columbia SC and decided to stop in Rock Hill to eat. Olive Garden was it. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated. The waiter was professional, knowledgeable, and on point. The food was mouth watering, fresh, and delicious. The restrooms and restaurant was very clean. Thanks for making this a great ride through experience.

Tonight was fantastic. We were celebrating our anniversary with our best friends. Tonight may have been our best anniversary dinner. Daniel did such an amazing job and went above and beyond. He had us laughing the entire night and made the evening so much fun.

Service was great. Didn’t have to wait on a table. I do believe there is normally a wait on the weekends. Atmosphere is quite nice. I had spaghetti and meatballs. It was good. My preference would be more seasoning and I’d like to be able to taste more onion, garlic, and maybe slight peppery taste in the sauce. As stated though, it was still good. Unlimited breadsticks, and my wife enjoyed her wine selection which was a Sangria.

I give stars because the manager was amazing and deducted from our bill our two inedible entrées. Arrived at 3:21pm. Told their was a wait for two to be seated or bar seats, no wait. A couple hours from home and hungry so opted for bar. Two of five tables in the bar area was occupied, other three covered in dishes. Both of those tables exited by 3:47. I know this because a young woman came out with a dish cart and asked said bartender if he would like her to clear the tables, to which he replied “no, I have 13min left, leave it. We watched people sit waiting right at 20min with tables dirty that could and should have been cleaned. Our salad arrived and by the time we’re finishing our salad, bread arrived. We ordered Calamiri for an appetizer and we think, since that’s where things started going wrong may be the culprit. My husband’s added broccoli to his Chicken Alfredo was mush. Literally couldn’t even get it on the fork. My Ravioli De Portobello was just grease, literally put paper napkins on top and still, spoons full of grease. The bartender acted like we were a burden before we ordered, clearly he was done with customer service for the day. I have many reviews under my name and looked at the reviews here before we chose it so imagine our surprise. We’re understanding that things happen, but almost every item while the staff, not just the bartender but the young woman that asked about bussing the multiple tables for (bartender) verbally say they’re done, then prove it, major red flags. We understand holidays are hard. We lost a family member Christmas day and was hours away from home. Again, I end with, we believe it was the manager that apologized and was so gracious! I emplor her to look at the cameras if you can because there’s a couple bad apples. We still tipped. Can show time stamp from visit. Edit to add, I threw up after we left at Target, across the road. We have both been sick since with multiple stops on our 2.5hr, turned into 3hr with stops. We can’t pinpoint but both had salad and one piece of bread. I had one ravioli and my husband had one bite of basically pureed broccoli on his fettuccine. I wasn’t going to review as the manager was amazing for what she knew at the time. Also, when you look back at the dirty tables, if you do, look around the bar floor where we sat. Our fault for not leaving with all the red flags.

My family and I came to eat here 12/23 around 8 pm. We were a family of 5, it take us about 20 minutes to be seated meanwhile a family came in behide us and was seated immediately. When we finally got a table our server never came, so we left after setting there for about 20 minutes. I use to work in food service you have 2 minutes to greet your table and to get drink orders. That was my first time eating at this Olive Garden. Not a good experience on top of being pregnant and hungry with a toddler who was also hungry and wanted pasta. We ended up going to Longhorn and tipped our server 100 for excellent service.

Based on the reviews I was skeptical, but I had a gift card. Overall I had a pleasant experience. The food was good. The bathrooms were clean. Service was prompt. But the resturant kind of smells like old cheese. Maybe because it’s an Italian resturant ♀️

Food is pretty descent. Service is a hit or miss… last time we went we felt rushed by our server to leave. He threw chocolate on the table a couple minutes after giving us our food and said “no rush” and pulled up the bill on the tablet. We definetly felt rushed

I decided to go to this location because I have a friend that lives in Charlotte North Carolina and I stay in South Carolina so this particular location was a perfect meeting spot for us. location alone. The waitress was nice and courteous. She brought the salad out. It was very good , filled with flavor and taste. I love the dressing that was placed on it. I then ordered as a appetizer some mozzarella sticks. They were very good along with the marinara sauce. I then ordered as my entree the chicken Alfredo add broccoli. It was very bland. It didn’t taste like any seasoning was put on it. Presentation was very nice. However, the flavor was lacking. The staff was nice which is why I rated this experience for stars. I will go back to hopefully edit my rating and receive a five star experience.

Mackenzie was amazing. Had the Tour of Italy. Had an amaretto sour. All of it was good. Very good experience. No wait and extremely fast service. Everyone made you feel welcome. Only thing that was annoying was the music being a bit loud, but it didn’t bring the experience down. Highly recommend this location.
