A must stop shop for sweet treats every time we’re in Sanibel. Lots of different ice cream flavors, toppings, and a variety of desserts (gelato, sorbet, sherbet, sundaes, shakes, malts, and more!). Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Adore the fun new holiday decor.

We visited Pinocchio’s today and the ice cream itself was good, but unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience.
Two staff members laughed when they didn’t understand some of our words because of our accent. That felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
On top of that, we were charged $25 for two ice creams, roughly double what the prices on the menu suggest. When we asked if that was really the correct price, one of them confidently confirmed it. We then asked to see the prices on the menu, and there was an awkward moment because none of the listed prices matched what we were charged. They laughed between themselves again. Only after that did they agree to refund us.
It honestly felt like we were being taken advantage of because we are foreigners. Mistakes can happen, but the attitude and behavior made it hard to believe this was accidental. Very disappointing experience.

The ice cream was amazing and the prices were excellent. The girl working the counter was super sweet and cheerful but the guy helping her (pictured) came across very rude and obviously just wanted to get out of there. The other customers in line were saying the same thing as we walked out. He’s the only reason for the 4 star instead of a 5 ♂️

Can’t believe how great their ice cream is. My wife and I visited last night and had Sal De Mar and Butterfinger Ice Cream after dinner at Mud Bugs. The girls were working diligently at cleaning up and were pleasant and helpful. Prices were very fair. Looking forward to going back.

Very nice ice cream shop, advertising ice cream, gelato, sherbert and sorbet. As someone who cannot consume dairy products, the sorbet really piqued my interest, but I was disappointed to realize that they only offered two flavors. Overall nice place with plenty of ice cream flavors and dine in seating or take out options.

Ice cream was delicious and plentiful. I was smart when I ordered a small. Unlike the person I was with ordered a triple-scoop with three different flavors. Which looked like six heaping scoops which he had no problem eating as it melted all over him like a child.
