Very solid food! The food also came out incredibly fast. Faster than most fast food. Only tried the Mexican food options so can only speak on those, the tacos were great! I got hard shell and another in my party got soft. Both good. The waitress and staff were friendly. The bathroom was fairly clean and organized. The chips and salsa came out very quickly, I think also with ranch? It was kind of good though lol

I ordered 20 tacos (half chicken half beef )a large, large refried beans and a large cheese sauce to go. I called it in and they said 20 minutes. Everything was hot and the tacos weren’t skimpy. They included 2 large bags of the chips and the salsa and white sauce you would get if you were eating there. 10 out of 10 service and flavor.

Stopped on 10/20/25. It’s about two minutes off 85. Small little diner. Quick seating, came over with chips and salsa. Had the Reuben, fries were hot and sandwich was good. Also had three chicken tacos that were good. Would consider stopping again on our next road trip. Meal for two was under $30.

Really nice staff, great prices and the menu has something that everyone can enjoy! I’ve never seen a diner and Mexican restaurant combination but I love it! The restaurant was very clean and dimly lit for a relaxing vibe. Our food was delicious and came out super fast! If you’re in town stop by, you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 ⭐️!

Amazing value for the price! It’s situated in the middle of nowhere, but the amount of food they give is crazy! We ordered beef and veggie fajitas and shrimp tacos. My beef fajitas were tasty! The meat was tender and well seasoned. Vegetables shone as well, particularly the bell peppers. This was a great stop for us on the way back from DC.

Very surprised at this little gem found on our road trip. While the outside only stated “diner”, the menu has both standard diner fare as well as Mexican options.
We were the first customers of the day and the lobby smelled a little strong of cleaning products but the place was well set and the staff friendly. Food was prompt and delicious.
Did not order drinks but noted they did offer a full alcohol selection.
Bathrooms were clean but no coat/purse hook.

More of a Mexican diner. My club sandwich was great. The fries were very good. My husbands chicken cheese Philly was dry and way over seasoned with taco seasoning. The roll it came on was very good tho. It was clean and staff was friendly. One side of the menu is Mexican food and one side diner food.

This isnt the old dinwiddie diner! Food is a delicious service is amazing and it is so much cleaner when it was just dinwiddie diner! The new owners really know what they are doing will continue to come back. Ps a group of young men were in here the same time as me. Never have I seen such a group of respectful young men! They were all driving big trucks. Respect for the dinwiddie parents that raised those boys!
