I have visited this location several times and have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of service. The food is consistently fresh, and both the dining area and restrooms are well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Manager Mel personally brought our food to our table, which was greatly appreciated.

went to this McDonald’s today. Place an order at 511. I was told a pull forward for my smoothie for my smoothie and proceeded to sit there until 528. When the manager informs me, they lost my slip and they need to see my receipt. Handover my receipt and wait for my smoothie. Five minutes later, an employee comes out with more food. I ask about my smoothie and the employee knows nothing about it. But goes back and grabs one that looks like it’s been sitting on the counter for a while. It was bubbly and separated. Needless to say, I won’t be drinking it. I would’ve avoided this McDonald’s unless you like to wait.

So my husband and I went to McDonald’s located at 2406 Enterprise Road, Orange City, Florida 32763 on 31 January around 3:30- 4 p.m. ordered a double quarter pounder w/ cheese , extra cheese . My husband ordered fries and a bacon double. We got home and I I ate 75% of my burger and turned on the light and noticed it was NOT FULLY COOKED. I am not happy at all. You can’t get good quality food ANY.ORE. Moving forward, I will make my own burger and if im disappointed, ill be disappointed in myself. YOU had one job McDONALDS and could t do it right. Save urself the time and effort and make your own burger at home .

Placed a mobile order at 10:16am for 2 medium coffees, 1 sweet tea, 1-bacon,egg & cheese, 1- steak,egg & cheese, 2- burritos, & 3 hash browns! Took the money out of my bank account. Sat in the drive-thru line from 10:16 until we got up to the window at 10:36am told the woman on the speaker my code and she immediately says these items are unavailable! I said how I placed this order at 10:16am and she says I’m sorry but can’t cross contaminate breakfast and lunch! I said what do you mean I placed this order literally 15 minutes before breakfast was switched over! I have been sitting in this line for 15 minutes. She said I’m sorry there is nothing we can do we can’t make your food! I said and what about the money you already took out of my account and she said well you will get it back. I said I will take the drinks then and she said well you will have to place a new order because we have to cancel out this order! SMDH I mean what the hell I have NEVER been to a McDonald’s that has done this crap and then be RUDE to the customer at that!!

Horrible service! Online the hours are listed as 24/7, but they refused to serve me when I went through the drive through at 5:45am. I waited to order at the intercom and no one came to take my order. As i was driving around the building to leave, I noticed that the window was open and an older black man was walking around. I called him over and he told because there were only two of them, they were not able to service me. I mentioned that online it states they are open 24 hours and he said “ we can’t service you it’s against our policy”. He told me to come back at 6:00am , which I mentioned that it was in 5 minutes and he said come back later when there are more people working. Don’t go to this location! Wonder if the franchise owners are aware that they are refusing MONEY..

I usually order delivery from this mcdonalds and every time there is usually some sort of issue, either messed up food, forgetting to make drinks, or giving me someone else’s order completely. I am a night owl who works at night and sleeps throughout the day, so this is one of the only places open at this time. This last time I ordered before the dinner cutoff and the delivery person waited about half an hour before a worker told them they were not going to make my order due to it being breakfast time. So it was a loss of money for both the delivery driver and me, and its not easy to get refunds or compensation through these delivery apps. I know how difficult and frustrating working fast food around this time can be, especially when you are trying to close things down, but it is also frustrating for the person trying to deliver the food and make a living, as well as the person spending the money they make on the food, as it is completely lost. It is a waste of time.

No one at the check out window waited a while. Then when went to pick up food waited 15-20 for someone to give me just 2 snack wraps with no cars in front of me. It’s ridiculous. Asked for a manager waited another 15-20 minutes. This is horrible service. I spend money here and I don’t know what they are doing and not hiring the right associates or training but there services have become worse. Sucks because now I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere.

THERE MOLD GROWING IN THERE CHOCOLATE!!!! I bought a hot fudge sundae and it didn’t taste right, I asked for a refund. The manger refused, the employee upfront immediately took the fudge off the line and went to the back. Soon after as I was about to walk out the door the employee flagged me down and showed me these pictures. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!

Walked in and the garbage cans at the door were piled high with trash I placed my order at the kiosk but the credit card option wasn’t working neither was the printer for a receipt I paid for my food after standing around for 10 minutes and after 30 minutes went by I went back up to the counter to ask about my family’s food. Another 15 minutes goes by and I’m told by Abigail I can’t request a refund because they’re working on my food. Like I see the happy meal that’s been sitting there for 20 minutes all they had to work on was two sandwiches and a medium fry. That takes half an hour at McDonald’s now. The manager doesn’t wear a name tag and the service was atrocious. I only came to this spot because they have a play area for my kid but after this experience I will never return.
