The family decided they wanted wings on a Friday night. Decided to give Wing Experience a chance. I placed an order at 6pm and was told my order would be ready at 6:30pm. Arrived a few minutes early to be told 7-10 minute wait. Cool, sit down and wait. 15 minutes later, I go back up to the desk and he says, oh we are still waiting on french fries. Another 10 minutes go by, and still no food. I once again ask, and told we are waiting on french fries. Just a few minutes before 7, they bring out my food. Part of the order is incorrect. I get an apology, and they are going to remake the wings. I call a manager over and tell her about the experience. She says they are going to make my entire order again so nothing is cold. Food finally comes out at 7:30pm…original wings are still incorrect. I have been there now an hour, not busy, and order was still incorrect. Not a pleasant experience. Things need to change for us to return.

The sandwich i got was all bun! The little bit of pork that I got was good, just not much!
The potato wedges were very good.
We ordered habenero BBQ smoked wings.
The wings were good, but very little flavor from the sauce.
Kids ordered pulled pork Sammy, with fries, and cheeseburger with fries.
They served the pulled pork Sammy with no bun, had to send it back.
The cheeseburger was very good, and the kids fries were good.
We ordered a chocolate martini, it was served to us with an inch of the drink missing, sent it back to have it filled..

Delivery driver was great! The wings were hard and tasteless . I ordered Bluecheese dressing in which I did not receive . The ranch dressing that was sent tasted like a whole bottle of vinegar. The only thing that was tolerable were the fries . NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

The first time I ordered when they first advertised for the wing experience. It was 5 stars. This is the 3rd order since and all 3 orders have been a complete waste of money. No meat on the bones. Completely dry and too hard to eat. It’s disgusting. Especially for a Saturday night, I’m so mad I can’t get refunded through uber eats.

I ordered 48 wings and I got ONE small ranch enough for maybe 6 wings, and my hot wings had sauce on only some of the wings they didn’t even properly shake the wing sauce so all the wings would be coated. For $77 plus to $12 tip I would think my wings would be properly made and that I would get enough ranch for more than 6 wings.

Excellent wings and great flavor. Meaty wings with good chew and not fatty. The dry rub was spicy and sweet. The wet sauce was spicy and very tasty. Highly recommend because of the smoked wings. Takes the flavor to another level. 5 stars
