Holy cow this pizza is overdone and crispy. There wasn’t even enough cheese on top of the pizza to cover it, the dang pizza had bald spots of no cheese!!! What little amount of cheese that was on top was burnt! Papa John’s crust is so nasty, tasteless and thin now! It’s like eating a piece of cardboard! Papa John’s crust years ago used to be good and fluffy. This pizza is by far the worst pizza I’ve eaten. Definitely will not be ordering this crap anymore. There is only 2 things at papa John’s that’s still delicious, that’s the garlic sauce and the peperoncinis. But definitely not ordering this low quality overpriced garbage food for those two things.

Pizza was burnt as seen in the picture! We tried to eat it anyways but man it was like eating a tire! So disappointed. Please focus and your delivery better and when customers complain that pizzas came out wrong don’t get mad and just replace it! Since we order many times from here we will try once more, hope it gets better

I ordered a gluten-free pizza, but an original crust pizza was delivered instead. I called, and they stated they didn’t have any gluten-free pizza crust, so they decided to send a regular crust instead. I informed them that sending a regular crust in place of gluten-free AND LABELING THE BOX AS GLUTEN-FREE was very dangerous.
I also stated that I ordered 2 spicy garlic dips that I didn’t receive. The store manager said they didn’t see that on my order, but it clearly was ordered. I will not be going back.

Love this place!! I eat here at least once a week pizza is always great and I love that the garlic butter isn’t completely melted and their peppers are … Period! I will always be loyal to this location and staff. They are extremely fast at making the food. I honestly feel like as soon as I place my order it’s coming out of the oven!

If I could give negative stars I would. I spoke with someone on the phone because I was supposed to be able to redeem the deal for free delivery because I spent well over $25 and the rude person on the phone said they weren’t gonna do it. I told them I spent well over the required amount and I heard them huffing and puffing over the phone like it was a bother to explain why I couldn’t redeem the deal they were advertising. They replied in a harsh tone “I was told you can’t redeem the deal, there’s nothing I can do.” I said I would not be returning due to false advertisment and horrible customer service and I got hung up on. The pizza isn’t even good enough to fuss over. Just want people to know they should not waste their time for mediocre (at best) food.

Papa isn’t the same anymore. The last few times we’ve ordered our pie isn’t fully covered. There’s gaps with no cheese or toppings are all on a few pieces. And I have to re-cut my pizza at home every time.

Placed a large online order (13 pizzas plus bread/cheese sticks, brownies/cookies) for an office lunch. Liked the value of “Crowd Pleaser” bundles. The order arrived a few minutes early (but the store called to make sure this was OK) and was 100% accurate. All items were hot when the order arrived. The driver, Travis, was friendly and quite helpful. I will definitely remember how great the service is the next time I need to place a lunch order!
