We came a little after lunch time so there wasn’t much on traffic or people waiting for lunch. I enjoyed my food and it was fairly priced. I will be back for sure.

It’s the first time I ever want here. I was the only one there and I ordered to go. I was a little skeptical, but they have the best wonton soup I’ve ever had. I ordered the dinner special, lemon chicken, fried rice, soup and egg roll. The portion was absolutely gigantic, it would serve three people.

Hands down, the very worst food I’ve ever been served. I ordered the dinner special, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, an egg roll, egg drop soup, and a Dr Pepper. The soup was some kind of vegetable medley that included corn, carrots, green beans, peas, and lima beans – not the typical egg drop soup. The fried rice was white rice that had been lightly fried without anything else – no egg, no vegetables, nothing. Not sure what was in the egg roll. One bite and I didn’t want another. The “sweet and sour chicken” was some fried chicken breast strips served with a bowl of sweet and sour sauce. They cut the chicken in the kitchen before serving it. The Dr Pepper was served in a can. I was really looking forward to having Chinese food for my supper and wound up very, very disappointed and unable to eat what they served. It didn’t even taste good!

I have been eating at Chinese Kitchen since I was a kid. It’s never gotten old. The food is always so good. Honestly, some of the best Asian cuisine I’ve had. Was also told by an electrician friend that did work for them that they have the cleanest kitchen in Jasper out of all the restaurants he has done work in. Owners are great people.

Don’t let the empty parking lot fool you. If you see the red light saying open, do not hesitate to go in. The food is hot, fresh and delicious. This restaurant is highly recommended.

First time giving a 1 star. The service was pretty good, and the ladies were nice. And I really wanted to come again, but this was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. Now, the beef was pretty good in my beef and broccoli, but instead of only broccoli, I found a random assortment of different veggies. My father ordered the pork fried rice. Meat was dry, everything was dry. A positive was that both dishes were huge.
My biggest disappointment was the rice. It’s not even rice. It was this hard, yellow, terrible thing. For $24, and half is this yellow rice? As an Asian, I wish you could at least get the rice right.
This restaurant is hidden in a room in the wall; if you are looking for better, authentic Chinese food in Jasper, TX, I recommend getting Super China Buffet!! Food was spectacular!
