I’ve been here multiple times and have hated the service but this time was a special unique time! First of all our server Diamond was AMAZING! She was personable, she acted like she wanted to be there and she was amazing! The food was really good honestly. Our drinks were amazing, the staff was super friendly and it was just amazing vibes. Definitely coming back.

They’ve really gone downhill. I use to live Chilli’s food & atmosphere but not so much now! Food is absolutely nasty now not much effort put fourth at all. It looks old & dirty there’s always dust on the lamp right over your table. Take forever to get food. Last I went I got my entrée before my appetizer! Service is ok, I know the staff can’t control being understaffed. This store definitely needs a redo.

The manager came to our table to welcome us and ask about how everything was. We were also celebrating our birthdays together & the manager treated us to a birthday desert and invited everyone to sing along with a birthday song.
The monthly Margarita special for December was wonderful as well as a great price.
The meal was delicious and reasonably priced, we even had left overs to take home.

We love Chili’s and tried this location for the first time. It was a smooth experience overall. It took a few minutes for our server to come by, but everything went well after that. The food came out hot, and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back.

Ordered the Cajun Alfredo on DoorDash to my work. Calling it “Cajun” Alfredo is…..GENEROUS. Sprinkling 1/2 tsp of smoked Paprika on top of basic Alfredo is not what I would call Cajun at all. Clearly the sauce was not cooked with any of the “Cajun” seasonings, nor was the chicken; they literally just sprinkle a tiny bit on top, more like a garnish. Since the seasonings aren’t cooked down with the food, the flavor does not come through. Maybe in a bite or 2 of right where the most seasoning hit, if you’re lucky.

I know. You are asking “it’s Chili’s how are you giving it 5 stars?” Is it the best burger ever? No prob not. Is the food good quality ? Yes. Everything came out hot and the chicken was not only tastey but juicy. It is really easy to mess chicken up.
Now why 5 stars? The service. The staff here is among the best we have seen around. Everyone from the hostess down to the bar back was overly friendly and courteous. We were here during lunch rush and still got A+ service. Ask for Mary. She’s awesome. When we are in the area we will be back.
