Got a coffee to go but ended up sitting with my wife for a bit before dropping her off for work. We just had a Dunkin midnight small hot coffee with some milk and sweetener, nothing special. But the staff was friendly and the drink order came out quick. Thank you.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. I came in quietly because I had my sleeping baby with me and didn’t want to wake him. I placed my order softly, but the employee seemed annoyed by that. When I received my coffee, the lid wasn’t secured properly, and it ended up spilling all over my yellow sweatshirt — completely soaking .
I understand everyone has busy days, but that kind of carelessness isn’t okay, especially when I’m just trying to get through my day as a mom with a baby. I hope the staff can be more mindful and considerate in the future.

I went inside to order there is a kiosk that they want you to order from. I do not know how to order the drink I wanted, so I stood to the side and waited. I made direct eye contact with the employee two times and she didn’t even acknowledge I was there, not even a hello I will be right with you. Didn’t say hi and continued working and talking with her coworker and started to make more drinks. I’m sure she is busy, which I respect but at least acknowledge customers. After she started making the drinks I left. I had already waited 5 minutes. I will not be retuning to this location.

Went to driv in to pick up my order I made online I did not receive my hash browns tried calling them over and over phone just kept saying they can’t come to the phone. No message was able to be left.

The hot chocolate here is so watered down. It has zero taste. I’m so tired of paying $5 for hot water. It’s been like this for years, and only at this location. Beyond frustrating.

I started going almost regularly in the morning since moving back to town. I have to say that the morning crew is the best. They all are friendly especially the manager Kevin. When Kevin sees me coming in he already has my coffee ready. Today I was so cold that I went through drive-thru and he told the lady to wish me a good morning. What an amazing way to start your morning at 6 am.
I’ve been there for evening shift and everything was questionable. I wouldn’t judge this place by the evening shift.
Not bad, orders have been correct. Not open 24 hours

I went DD 9/4/25 about 215 and got a glaze donut when I got 1to work ready for my coffee & donut the donut looked like a plan donut no glaze at all was on it as if it was sitting out in sun called the store no manager til next day no manager again thats crazy i won’t buy anything else there trust me. Cons: continued ignoring of requests for light/easy ice in iced tea or coffee (photo attached of most recent ice level in a large iced coffee…pretty much filled to the brim)
Unfortunately for me, nice people and palatable food are not enough to keep me coming here when they routinely give me more of something I pointedly asked for less of. The kicker being that they acknowledge the “easy ice” when reading the order back but don’t deliver. Womp.
