the girl sat at the drive thru window and acted like her headset was off, i’ve gone to fast food enough to know there is a tv to watch someone pull up. now gave us the wrong food, and put traffic cones in the drive thru so people can’t get through. come on.

Each and every time I have been here, a total of 3 there have been problems. There were computer problems. Once the entire system was down at lunch and you couldn’t even order. But rather than close they made you wait in line at the drive through and then tell you. Another time the card readers were down and they could only accept cash. The third time the printer was jammed and they couldn’t print receipts.
They have never gotten my order correct. My single had 7 pickles on it, I didn’t ask for extra pickle. I ordered a son of baconator, It’s supposed to be a double, it was a single. The fries were cold in spite of their hot and crispy guarantee. It was 5:30 in the afternoon (dinner rush) and they were out of chili. They didn’t bother to tell me until the pickup window.They did refund the chili but since they couldn’t print receipts I couldn’t verify this and will have to wait for my card statement.
Since I have never had a good experience at this particular Wendy’s it’s most likely a manger problem. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s. The other one a mile or so away is much better.

For what it’s worth, I’ve never had cold or poorly prepped food at this particular location. However, the service here leaves much to be desired. The drive thru is often an exercise in waiting which is odd because when you pull up to the window to pay, there are 4-6 employees standing closely huddled together not doing much of anything save talking amongst one another. You’d think they could collaborate and work like an effective team to expedite orders quickly. I’ve also been here when the service is exceptional, but it seems to be hit or miss and lately, all misses.

My husband and I walked in, no one was in line or at the register. As we waited a gentleman walked up to the counter, and 3 people got in line behind us. The manager finally acknowledged the line and yelled “you have people st your counter”. A girl replied “what do you want me to do about it”. He said she’ll be with you soon. It was st least 10 minutes before we placed our order and we were the first in line!?!?! When the cashier came to the register she reeked of weed. She did not smile once. She rudely took our order and 2 customers behind us. When she got to the last guy she walked away to get orders ready. She didn’t say anything to the last customer just walked away. She loudly talked about how she was frustrated and about to snap. She said the F word at least 3 times. The last customer had young kids with him. Eventually she got to the last customer and he asked to see the manager. Instead of apologizing to the customer, he made excuses and said if you don’t have time to wait go somewhere else. It was truly the WORST display of customer service I have ever seen. I shouldn’t have to smell weed and hear cussing at Wendy’s…..I was at a family friendly restaurant not a bar. It was awful!!!!!! We will not be back…..

Although present, the staff was not very attentive. From the beginning my order was missing topping that I ordered. The soda fountain selection was very limited and out of the one selection that I’d drink and that had to be selected with almost no ice! The straws were located in a completely different area away from the fountain, making them difficult to find. The catchup dispenser was empty. The actual condiment bay was needed to be replenished. And when brought to the attention of the cashier that my order was not correct, instead of promptly correcting it. I was asked to first bring my entire order back to the counter so it could first be thrown away before I could get the correct order that I’d originally paid for! Although the service was not good, at all! The location was conveniently placed, the store was clean and it was a cozy atmosphere. Also the, the lock on a one person bathroom did not work properly.

Waited 20 mins in drive thru to order my wife a salad. Finally got up to the speaker and was told they have none. I pulled up and asked the manager why they didn’t didn’t put up a sign telling customers there are no salads and save me a 20 min wait. She said she isn’t allowed to post signs. Wonderful. Went there at 630 and waited and waited at the speaker. So I pulled up at the window and was told they were closed and go McDonald’s! Have had other ridiculous bad experiences, so I gave up on them. I go to the one on Lebanon Church Road. Service and food is good. I hear this one is closing I say good riddance to them!

Great service provided by employees under pressure We had been waiting to get our food for about 10-15 minutes in the drive through so my mom decided to go in and ask for the order so to a car infront of us taking so long. The workers said that it would be faster to wait in the drive through line so we did and it only took about 1 minute after that to get our food. However we were given the wrong order but charged correctly. My mom went back in and informed them that we had the wrong order. We must have come during the dinner rush because all customers were in a hurry to get their meals and screaming at the staff. Food takes time to cook people. Mistakes can sometimes happen and waiting ten minutes for your meal won’t kill you. Every employee was working really hard to get the orders through. The mistake was handled professionally by the employees and manager. The food was great and made fresh. Shoutout to the staff for their hard work and professionalism!

We just ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers, 1 double stack bacon burger, a medium fry, and a small sprite. We were the only ones in line and it took forever to get our food, the workers were too busy talking to get our food, the burgers were dry as hell, the cheese wasn’t melted, the buns were stale, and the bacon was hard as a rock. Then the workers weren’t polite at all. That explains why they are never busy.

Usually a good experience at this location. And today was no exception. Food quality was great. Employees were courteous and prompt. This is my go-to Wendy’s, considering there is one just about a mile from this one and the other one is closer to me. This one is always good.

This place is a joke .you really need to concern consider hiring a new staff. Took 21min to get my food then when I get to the table order is completely wrong. I had to go back up to get fixed, with the added bonus of cold a$$ fries . Also you could hear them in the back just joking around and making fun of some of the customers orders no respect. U need to get rid of this whole staff and start over 3/6 4:50pm
