The sandwiches here are top notch. The flavors are so good. Quality ingredients and an almost unlimited selection of every type of sandwich you can think of. The staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting us in navigating the menu. Gave us some good pointers and we did not regret our choices. The place has a nice laid-back vibe. Will definitely be back again.

When I walked in, the team of three appeared overwhelmed. I was greeted by a woman calling out from the kitchen, “I’ll be a few minutes… it’ll be a few minutes.” She then asked if I was there for an order pickup. When I explained that I was there to place an order, she responded by repeating, “It’s going to be a few more minutes,” several times — in a tone that felt more discouraging than informative.
There were no customers dining inside at the time. It’s possible they were managing online or to-go orders, but from a guest’s perspective, nothing appeared out of the ordinary.
Thankfully, Tyler stepped in with a positive attitude and provided great customer service. His professionalism stood out and helped improve the experience.
Unfortunately, the woman who appeared to be leading the shift displayed behavior that felt inappropriate in front of customers. She loudly commented, “I can’t refill the chips because I don’t want to get on the ladder,” and repeatedly yelled “What?” to teammates who were standing nearby, saying she couldn’t hear them. The overall tone and demeanor created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
The two young men on staff seemed to be doing their best to support the situation.
Spending over $30 for two sandwiches — without drinks or chips — feels excessive. When you’re paying that kind of price, you expect a welcoming and professional experience. Unfortunately, one team member’s attitude significantly impacted what should have been a simple lunch visit and ultimately made me reconsider returning in the future.

They have it all here! Any sandwich combination you can imagine! The bread is just – Mmmmh! And the Best Vegan Sandwiches Ever! The vegan meats are so amazing. Even a carnivore might have trouble telling the difference! So many choices, the possible combinations are truly endless! Oh, and to top it off, you get a lollipop for dessert!❤️

Probably the worst Ikes location. I ordered a vegetarian meatball sub. I got some mushy chicken cutlets when I got home. No one would answer the phone. In the past they’ve left off avacado when it’s in the name of the sandwich. The sandwich prep area usually looks dirty. Hopefully no one with allergies orders here. Won’t be back even though, when made correctly, the sandwiches are good.

Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. It’s unfortunate because the flavor is 10/10. The problem is that it’s mostly bread and barely any meat or veggies. It could be SO good but I feel like I have to bring my own deli meat to make it a complete sandwich. And at $14, I’d be better off going to Jimmy John’s because you can get a meaty sandwich AND some chips for that price. I came hungry and left hungry ♀️

Visited at 6:30 on a Saturday. Stood in line for 20 minutes to order. No one was ahead of me in line. Staff didn’t greet or acknowledge me at all. I eventually just walked out. Food is normally good here but staff do not know how to manage orders.

18$ for dried meat balls, they tried to be like subway, can make any sub in to a bowl well they suck at it. I ordered the meat balls with fried cheese peppers with extra meat. I got 3 meat balls, lol. There is plenty of lettuce. I do not recommend it at all

Please DON’T try the Dutch bread! Your mouth will thank me later. I peeled off the crust scabs so that they wouldn’t cut the roof of my mouth. I don’t understand the theme, it’s just Ike theme? I would recommend cheba hut instead, that’s money better spent.
