Had to buy lunch for a large work crew in the oilfield, so I chose hoagies from Crossroads. Was a good choice, as they all turned out well. By far the BEST local pizza anywhere! Whenever I come to visit family in Carrollton, I have to get a pizza from here, my trip would be ruined if I didn’t get one when I come here. The sauce is just so unique and flavorful and the amount of cheese they pour over the pizza is just awesome. If you are in the search for a great local pizza you have to give Crossroads a whirl. I bought a party pizza and cheezy bread and had it delivered and then when the delivery guy got here I left him a tip for gas money and really couldn’t see the pizza then I got inside and the whole pizza box was smashed into the pizza and the toppings were all messed up. And I called before it arrived like a hour before it got delivered and they said he should be there within a few minutes and it took a hour for it to get there plus another 50 minutes to make it and the pizza was cold. The pizza used to be always hot when I had it delivered here. So I called back as soon as I got the pizza then the owner wanted to argue with me and say it’s fine. Not good customer service what so ever. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. And it’s been great up until Friday night. I would not recommend this crossroads restaurant to anyone unless you like cold and not very good service. This place is dead to me and my family until they do me right. I will be taking everyone I know and tell them how bad this place is. They will never see the same business again and I know atleast 100 people that get pizza from here and I’ll make sure they will no longer eat here again after I tell them how bad they did me. Ashamed of this place. If I could I would be giving you guys a 0/5 rating. You guys keep screwing people over like you always do!

I dislike their pizza, finding the sauce too sweet and tomato-flavored, which doesn’t make sense. While their chicken, JoJo’s, and subs, particularly the steak and cheese, are exceptional, the quality doesn’t justify the pricing. The $15 delivery fee, which can take 2 hours, is excessive. Despite being a local favorite, I’d recommend alternatives like Pizza Hut for pickup or Moe’s in Amsterdam for a more creative and enjoyable experience.

I ordered party pizzas for our son’s graduation party. I called the order in the night before and the next day, they were hot and ready! There was no waiting and they were a huge hit at the party!!! I highly recommend!!!!

I just stepped inside the door. Was hoping to have some pizza but they do not have tables to eat at. We wanted to dine in, when looking online it has a table and chairs. This is the reason for 2 stars. I don’t know what the food is like.
