We had the most wonderful visit to the Niagara Falls Cat Café! From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming — she even let us in a little early, which we truly appreciated. The café itself is quaint and charming, with such a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay and relax.
And the kitties… absolutely adorable! Each one was sweet, playful, and clearly very well cared for. You can tell this place is run with genuine love and dedication. It’s the perfect stop if you’re in Niagara Falls and need a little calm, cuteness, and cat therapy.
We’ll definitely be back!

The attention to details speaks to the love and care of the owner of this sweet little cafe! Fresh roses on the tables, good variety on the menu, delicious food, tasty hot bevies served on sweet tea plates, and an adorable pack of kitties to share love with! This is now a mandatory stop for me when visiting the region! Little variety of kitty inspired gifts as well! Be sure to reserve time if you want to get in for some kitty love!

Had the BEST time here, played with the happy cats.. and in top of that..the food was delicious! Atmosphere amazing. Talking with the owner she’s lovely, really loves the cats and cares/supports many cat organizations in the Niagara region. It’s best to book in advance to make sure there’s a spot available to play with the cats, they offer 30-minute and 1-hour sessions, which is super convenient.

The atmosphere and food were amazing. One of the best London Fogs I have ever had. The Gormet grilled cheese and tomato basil soup were to die for. The staff was friendly and took good care of us. We all really enjoyed spending time with the kittens in the cat enclosure. Would strongly recommend.

Cat area is tiny but cute. I wish there were some cat toys I could have bought for our cats but there were limited to a few items and everything else were cheaper dropshipped items like stickers and keychains.

Awesome place! Simple menu, but food was delicious. We had the tuna salad and turkey club sandwich with a side of kettle chips and onion dip. We both really enjoyed the food.
We spent 30 minutes in an enclosure of 5 kittens and cats. There is a small fee, $6 per person for the 30 minutes. I liked that its not overcrowded and limited people in each time slot. The cats were all so cute and friendly, lots of toys they can play with. The café partners with private rescues and great adoption opportunities.
Call for reservation time slots with the cats, they only take in actual phone calls and not voicemail messages. They have cute merchandise as well.
I would highly recommend coming to visit and also supporting the local business and adopting cats!

Such a lovely experience. We were greeted very kindly for dining. We didn’t make a reservation for time with the cats yet so we did while we were there eating and came back an hour later to visit with the cats! The food was delicious and the restaurant is decorated very nicely. It was a joy to spend time with adorable cats as well. The staff was wonderful!

What a lovely place to visit! This was our first stop for our weekend trip to Niagara and definitely set things off on a positive note. The cats are so friendly and playful and there’s lots of toys to play and interact with them. The cat room is pretty small but they don’t seem to allow many people in at a time. Most I saw was 7 people.
The food was also delicious! We had the mac n cheese sampler and the spinach dip, both were full of flavour and filled us up.
I also want to give a big thank you to the hostess/waitress. She really goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience. There were some pretty rowdy kids in which was disruptive to the space. She recognized we weren’t having a good time while we were there and offered to split our time since the kids were leaving in just a few minutes. She also seemed a bit frustrated with this family but approached them with so much kindness and patience.
She also noticed that I was seeking a more cuddly cat to hang out with. She knew there was one napping in the back room that loves cuddles, so scooped her up to give me some cuddle time with the precious kitty.

We came here with our two children to spend time with the cats. The cats were friendly, frisky and happy to be pet and cuddled. We stayed for lunch and were served by Jackie. She was a superstar and ran the show with expert level hospitality. We will definitely return.
