Farinata Italian Style Pizza

Three Italians and one German on a road trip stopped here by chance and we must say it exceeded our expectations. The pizza was really really good especially the dough, we felt like in Italy again. They even have a real wood oven which made the pizza taste authentic. Mauro the owner was so nice and shared a bit of his story with us. We are so happy that we got the chance to stop by and enjoy a real Italian pizza. Highly recommended from 3 Italians

Average pizza at best!
Salad was from Walmart including the dressing that our server brought to the table in the bottle that said great value on it! The management would not refund us for the wilted lettuce!! Our server tried to smooth things over and was very friendly.
We will never be back!

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. It was REALLY good!! The crust was amazing! The “sauce” is crushed tomatoes rather than smothered in marinara so you don’t taste the crust. The medium was perfect size for 2 people. Frosted glass for my can of soda. Very affordable. Will definitely be back!

The food here was delicious, and the people were super nice and friendly. We got 4 pizzas, and each one was superb. I definitely recommend getting different kinds, as each one was great. The crust is perfect, everything tastes fresh, and it’s not oily. Also got the tiramisu and crème brûlée, which were a great way to the end the meal. You can tell that the owner is passionate about making delicious and quality food, and even took the time to chat with us while he made the pizzas. It was some of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. A must try for sure. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic pizza. I do not think you could choose a bad one. I believe the owner waited on us but this is an assumption. The service was excellent! Mr. Mercer and the Hawaiian were very good. Had Gelato which was very good. Authentic. I would recommend trying it. One of only two excellent pizza places in Pahrump!

We dined in with our friends. We all loved our pizzas. Absolutely will return!! I love how they serve ice water in very cold glasses. The lemon dessert that we shared was really nice. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

They have the best pizza! Everything is always fresh. We ordered a side of meatballs to go and my boyfriend made a meatball sandwich for breakfast! They make their own meatballs, not frozen like everywhere else!

Excellent! Not a thing wrong with my experience. Great pizza, a lot to choose from, good prices, and fast service. It was a one man show today. The owner is doing everything as well as preparing take out orders. This guy was hustling back there. I was eating 5 minutes after walking in. As for your 1 star reviews, everyone can tell you had an to grind. Really thin crust is a complaint? Seriously. He’s holding up the fresh dough in the pic. A very happy and hard working man from Sardainia Italy.
