Food was as good as can be for fast food. Atmosphere was great because I was in my car. Service was poor. I literally only ordered an 8pc chicken fry meal for my daughter. We got home and were given mozzarella sticks. Come on guys.

No longer a friendly environment. A new person has been taking my order through the drive through. she has been very rude. and does not want anything to do with customer service. I let it go the first time, thinking she was having a bad day….. NOPE. this is how she is every time. she has no time to wait on ppl. she is rude, and very jumpy when you ask a question.

Place was empty and we were the only customer. Ordered a double whopper. Got a nasty single whopper that looked like it was microwave and left in the wrapper under a heat lamp. It should have been fresh with fresh cheese and veggies. Im done with this nasty place.

Every single time I’ve gone to this BK, I’m ALWAYS missing at least 1 item. This previous time it was just a marinara sauce which I didn’t bother going back for bc it wasn’t a main part of my order. But previous times before that, I was missing at least 1 actual food item. The food is ok but it’s annoying when the same mistake is getting repeated. They should be checking that the orders have everything they’re supposed to before handing it to customers.

Not only did my burger not come out “My way” when I asked for no mayo, yet the Otis spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies were burnt and hard as a rock. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

Placed a mobile order and still was stuck in drive thru lane for 25-30 minutes. Food was cold. Paid .60 for cheese on sandwich and got a slice ripped in half. So much for fast food and being a king and having it your way.

Staff: This location’s staff were arguing and rude to one another from the moment we walked in. I heard one female employee call the manager dumb right to his face because he was making the order his way instead of how she would do it. Another employee walked up to ask a question to another and he was told to stop talking mid-sentence. One of the employees told another customer to wait because he was trying to finish his personal conversation with another customer.
Food: They were out of the promotional Brisket Whopper so had to settle for a different sandwich. Chose the Bacon King. The bacon was terrible. It was burnt and crunchy. As for the rest of the order, it was all correct except for one sandwich. I ordered it with extra onion and only got one sliver the size of a nickel. Instead of having them remake the sandwich, I got them to give me the onion and I put it on myself.
Cleanliness: Not dirty from what I saw.
We only stopped here while passing through so I’m not sure if this is standard for this location. But if I was local, I’d probably choose to skip this location and go somewhere else.

I just had the best burger that I’ve had in a long time! Whopper with cheese, only ketchup. Perfect size and temperature. I also tried some mozzarella fries and they were great. I will definitely go back! Thank you, camp hill burger King!!

I pointed to the sign and said I want that $5 Burger plus the value fries the value drink in the four-piece nugget. She said it doesn’t say that. it’s $5 for the burgers. I said the sign is right there I’m reading it it says plus all that other stuff. She said no it does not say that. It says one burger or the other burger for $5 and then they all started laughing at me. I left there and will never go back I don’t know what their deal is? They’re probably overcharging people than pocketing the overtures. I guess there’s no such thing as 5 Dollars your way at that place. Plus none of the reviews has gets an acknowledgment good or bad that means management is non-existent.

Service sucks. Management was not nice at all on 9-3-23. Employees were on their phones. Wait 40 minutes after ordering 4 meals. Only received 3 sandwiches instead of 4. People were beeping their car horns. People were getting out of their cars to walk up to the window. We will not go back.
