Went through the drive thru and ordered the Zax Packz for my family of 5 to try. Tried to swap out the sauces and the girl taking my order didn’t think she could. I told her it let me on the website and she figured it out and I saw on the screen that she had changed the sauces. Then I got up to the window to get my food and they asked my name then just handed me the box without a word and turned and walked away. Horrible customer service. Got home and was disappointed at how unappealing the food looked. Realized they didn’t change the sauces to what I asked for. We didn’t like the Zax sauce and then didn’t have any other options. The tenders were tough and pretty flavorless. They were hot in some places and not in others like they had been microwaved. The fries were mushy and cold and had loads of seasoning on some and no seasoning on others. The butter on the bread tasted like straight chemicals and the bread tasted like it had been out all day. A complete waste of money. Definitely won’t be back.

Tried zaxbys for the first and last time today. Lady in the drive through asked for my name. I said it and she asked again. I gave it to her again. Go to pay. She hands me a blank receipt. Literally nothing is printed on it. Not a big deal. Kind of just laughed it off and when I got to the window to pickup my food I let the person there know their ink might be out and showed her the blank receipt. Everyone laughed and we got our food quick. Got home and tried my sprite. It was disgusting. Basically seltzer with someone screaming lemon from the other side of the room. I check the receipt on the bag and see she wrote “whimpy” on the receipt, which now explains the blank receipt from the first window. If you’re going to insult someone, at least spell the insinuation correctly. This place sucks and your staff are all wimps.

Tried ordering and all they had to offer was wet cement. Did NOT taste good and hurt my teeth. Might try it out again once they have more on the menu.

They should’ve spent more time training and setting everything up before opening. Our first visit we had multiple sides missing from every meal (we did not order extra sides), and this time we ordered delivery and I ordered the Asian salad… And didn’t get any chicken. The app doesn’t have a way to get refunded or contact about incorrect orders, and when you try to call, the number isn’t set up.

Staff is Welcoming & Attentive, Food Was Hot & Fresh…I was impressed by the staffs quick & efficient service. Only a week into opening & things were operating smoothly.

gonna chalk it up to growing pains but multiple people waited almost an hour for food, i saw 4 people in front of me had their online orders wrong including mine. employees off the clock trying to direct customers in line while complaining they dont have their food and being rude to co workers. i love zaxbys but this just aint in
