Multiple times now I have came for breakfast and it was wrong. I always order the chicken minis with extra honey butter on them (because the extra honey butter just makes it anazing). I have never had an issue at any CFA with this request. But multiple times now I have asked for it and not gotten it. Not only have I not gotten extra honey butter, they’ve all been completely dry without a single bit of butter on it. How does extra honey butter mean they think it’s acceptable to give me something with none on it at all? Then on top of that we go in to mention that they messed it up and the manager got argumentative with us. The cashier even could tell they were dry with no butter yet the manager was completely rude and didn’t want to do anything about it. Completely awful customer service and genuinely a disgrace to this company.

This is by far the best Chick Fila experience I’ve had – not only is the food consistently quality and up to standard, but by frequenting this establishment, I feel a sense of community. The staff is like a family, and do a lot of hard work to serve a high volume of customers at once. I’ve only ever been treated with kindness and hospitality here; which speaks to the professionality of the management and how they are able to effectively train their employees on good customer service.
Food wise, it’s Chick Fila, and you can’t go wrong. It’s mostly consistent and the company has no problem making it right for you otherwise.
This establishment, overall, is representative of an effective business model in my book, and I will be a lifelong customer.

Have not been here in years since the Palm Harbor location is closer to our home. But today we were driving past on our way to Tampa, and we wanted lunch.
We both got the chicken strips, but I got the fruit cup on the side and Husband got fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was also exemplary.
The place is quieter than most restaurants. The booths, tables and chairs are sanitized regularly so everything is fresh and clean. Music plays softly in the distance. This is a wonderful Chick-fil-A location with great service and excellent food!

Incredibly disappointed with this location. Go through the drive-through because that’s their priority not customers standing in the . Ordered through the app to pick up in the store and ended up waiting in the store for over 15 minutes for a kids chicken nugget meal so my young daughter missed her lunchtime at school. I was also missing items and all they did was replace what I paid for. Not even so much as an apology for my daughter, not being able to eat her lunch. Customer service gave me a free ice cream, Y’all can keep it, we will no longer patronize Chick-fil-A due to poor customer service from this location.

Horrible customer service, I didn’t get the right order when I went there for breakfast. I ordered minis and a biscuit but never got the biscuit. I understand that things happen so I called to see if I could just get a refund for the missing item. They refused said I had to go back to the store within a short amount of time and treated me like I was lying. This is the first time I called them but not the first time this store has messed up one of my orders. If you like giving unneeded donations to a restaurant for nothing in return, this is the place for you!

Stopped by this location earlier today. Only one lane of drive thru was open. I was in the wrong lane and didn’t realize only one person was working outside. After no one responded at the speaker I drove to the pick up window. I told what appeared to be a manager(green colored shirt) that no one worked the outside lane and could I order at the window. Now, just so you know there were only two other cars total in the drive thru lanes. He said that I had to go back and order from the speaker. There were atleast 5 workers standing around inside but yet he would not take my order at the window. Very poor service. I left without ordering. I recommend this person get a call and talk about service. There were no other cars behind me.

The food is always hpt and fresh. Oh this chicken fil a is great. I like they have the drove thru open and they walk right to your car with the food. Gives it a more personal touch. The parking lot in getting to them and getting out needs help but hey what can you do? It’s Tampa and they probably didnt have anything to do with it.

I had a horrible experience with my DoorDash delivery, but Lauren at Chick-fil-A went above and beyond to make it right! She was so kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation. Lauren personally brought my entire order over to my job next door just to make sure I was taken care of. Her customer service is absolutely phenomenal! If you ever visit this location, ask for Lauren — she’s amazing, so cute and she truly made my day!
