Beans & Steams Coffee House is a locally owned specialty coffee house and cafe. We practice the traditional barista craft timing each and every shot we pull by hand. We also have a lot of delicious cold drinks such as fruit smoothies, Italian sodas, blended and iced coffee drinks just to name a few. We pride ourselves as having superior customer service with a fast drive thru, but also offer a cozy place to gather with our inside seating area. We offer a delicious variety of bagels, bagel sandwiches (both breakfast and lunch) and pastries. Now offering premier wine and craft beer. Located right off exit 59 just North of I-80 we are a quick stop for travelers and locals alike. Come thru our fast drive thru or stop and sit a spell.

Great coffee and customer service! I just wish they were able to do longer hours in the winter. Their bagel breakfast sandwiches are good as well. So glad they now have a downtown location as well!

We got our coffee fix, and our 2024 Nebraska Passports stamped, and we were on our way. As noted in other reviews, the baristas were great — very patient walking us through our options and translating everything from our “Starbucks speak”, to the language they use there. A minimal gap in some respects, but apparently sometimes material to the people who deeply care. My frappe was excellent though! (Better than Starbucks, but don’t tell anyone). Shhh.

Beans & Steams is SUCH a great coffee shop!! They have the best Chai Iced Drink I’ve ever had in my life and the girls working there are so kind and efficient! First time driving through Sidney Nebraska and we stopped for an emergency hotel break while road tripping back to Michigan, as we left our hotel the group stopped for coffee and quick breakfast and they did not disappoint! Highly recommend getting the Parmesan Bagel with Italian Cream Cheese. Absolutely smacks!! Great coffee spot : )

When I came in there were about 12 people in line and there was another 10 already seated. It was a huge group. The staff didn’t miss a beat. They stay calmed and friendly. It was like a well oiled machine. They got orders out as fast as they could. Which was good because another 10 people can in after me.

The coffee is A-MA-ZING!!! We ordered a latte with chocolate and a carmel macchiato with oat milk…it was perfect. We also tried the carmel crunch which was yum. But the real surprise came with the everything bagel sausage sandwich. Normally a bagel breakfast sandwich for me has too much bagel bread which overwhelms the rest of the ingredients, but NOT SO with this one. The bagel was not ginormous so everything paired well together to the last bite!!! Yum, yum, yum please try this one road travelers. And if your GPS takes you to Starbucks like ours did, take a few minutes to check out this place cause you won’t be disappointed

Very unexpected!! Driving thru Sidney Nebraska, bumped into this little coffee shop. This shop in all honesty is one of the nicest I’ve been too! The peanut butter muffin was outstanding! White mocha was perfect! Daughter had stuffed pretzel and iced iced chai. Delicious!!

The matcha peppermint white mocha was very interesting, not bad but didn’t quite taste any matcha. However, I’d go for a chai here as that was much better! The Parmesan bagel with Italian cream cheese was also good. The bagel sandwich was good as well and so was the pretzel. The black coffee was also really good! Stop by here if you’re in the area !

After frequent travels across the tri-state region, I can confidently say this local coffee shop is hands down one of the best! Whether you’re catching up with friends or looking for a quiet spot to work, the atmosphere is perfect for both. Even during the busiest rushes, the staff always greets you with a smile—no small feat considering how popular this gem is in the area. But the real star here is the menu. Every drink and food item is so delicious, I find myself craving more and more, especially with the convenience of their amazing drive-thru. If you’re ever passing through the Nebraska prairies, this is a must-stop destination you won’t regret
