I had an awesome experience at the Chick-fil-A on Chipman Road in Lee’s Summit! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. Simone and Bert took our order and were incredibly friendly and efficient, and Jarvis went above and beyond as a server—super attentive and kind.
The restaurant was spotless, including the restrooms, which were very well maintained. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and you could tell the employees take pride in their work.
As for the food—wow. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Honestly, some of the best waffle fries I’ve ever had. The whole experience was a great reminder of why Chick-fil-A has such a strong reputation for both quality and service. Highly recommend this location!

I heard my coworker talking about the grilled chicken nuggets. Something I had never dreamed of ordering. She was saying how well seasoned they were. I inserted myself into the conversation. And so glad I did! I ordered them 3 times in one week! OMG! Since I prefer a high protein/low carb diet these are perfect. As long as I stay away from the waffle fries and the chocolate chip cookies. ☺️

They had fresh flowers on every table they come around and refill drinks and came around the whole time my family and I were there to make sure we had everything we needed. The line to order was fast and the good came out almost faster than we could get set down. All together great experience. Thank you to each of the crew to collectively took care of all the customers so they could have a great experience.

I visit the Chick-fil-A at Summit Fair often and whether I dine in or go through the drive through, it is always a pleasurable experience. The food is consistently fresh and the staff are kind and genuine. The location is convenient and delivers great service every time. My favorite light lunch is the Kale Salad with grilled nuggets. It is a satisfying and healthy choice when I need something quick.

I have this every once in a while and I would say it is pretty good . But, I rated the atmosphere a 1 for a reason. It is always packed and insanely busy. Dont recommend going to eat there if you feel like you might hit someone. Just door dash.

Their chicken tenders or the best with their dipping sauce. All the staff is very friendly. However, I do have one complaint about their waffle fries. If they’re going to serve waffle fries they need to be bigger size potato pieces instead of all the little bitty pieces I barely had three to four good-sized waffle fries the rest were itty bitty bits and pieces come on, Chick-fil-A, you can do better than that. I’ve had this happen to me at different locations of Chick-fil-A’s. I complained about it at one location, and I guess it was to the manager. She promptly went back to the kitchen and told them about it and brought me out another container of waffle fries that were larger pieces of waffle fries that look like in the picture.

Plenty of workers standing around but no direction given to new customers like myself as to if it was okay to pull up to the menu board, which I would have done if the workers would have moved out of the driving lane. They need to work on customer service skills. Once up the lane the workers running the food out was a little better. The system seems to work for them. Little different not pulling up to a window. The food was hot and fresh which was nice for fast food.

As a doordash driver, I frequently deliver from here. This place is always busy, but they are also the most impressively fast team of employees I’ve seen. always friendly, and i’ve never had a bad experience. They will offer you a free soft drink while you wait to pick up your order. I think that is very kind. If you can brave the line, come check this place out. Don’t worry though, they move quickly!

This isn’t a review of one experience but three. Three times I’ve gone through the drive-thru and not once have they gotten my order right. They always forget the basics. They aren’t friendly like the other locations and the workers look miserable, as if the place is toxic to work at which is unusual for a Chick-fil-A. Last time they forgot my kids drinks and the fries in their bags and straws. This time they forgot a spoon for my soup, saltines for my soup and they gave us the wrong sandwich. I know its hard to run a system that fast and busy well but according to Truett they need to get better before they get bigger. This one got to big to fast or the owner doesn’t care.
