Staff is great! It’s basically boil ingredients in a bag and then the spice of your choice added. Flavor does not go all the way through the different ingredients (sausage, shrimp, etc). Not sure why others complain about the salt…did not find the food salty. Hush puppies were good! Chicken wings were ok for the non-seafood eaters. Have to agree with other reviews that the music is not inviting. Pretty good for some boiled seafood, but not going to be our go to place.

We decided to try something new tonight and compare the boils here to what we enjoyed while living on Amelia Island. The Juicy Crab BLEW Florida out of the water with these boils. By far the BEST we’ve ever had. Robin is an absolutely amazing waitress, I cannot sing her praises enough! She was so welcoming, loved that we were first timers and made us feel like family, also has the best personality. She was super helpful in explaining everything and her recommendation of the “juicy” seasoning was spot on! We came in as first timers, but we will be back as regulars. Thank you for such an amazing date night.

Visited on Saturday late noon for lunch. Yummy and juicy crab , appetizers were delicious, the Henney cocktail was spot on . Will be back . A suggestion to the team: please allow to include the points for orders placed in the restaurant and not just for online ordering. That will bring more customers and repeat customers.

We found a a metal screw in our kid’s plate!
The waiter said a manager will come and talk to us. After 15 minutes waiting, and hearing multiple times the manager was busy and will come talk to us after, we just paid for our meal and left. Apparently the manager was busy on more important things than screws in their food!
The hygiene issue is one thing, but the total disrespect from the manager is unacceptable.
I guess if you don’t make metal screws in your food a priority to address, no wonder this sort of hygiene problem happen.
Dine here at your own risk. On our side we’ll be calling the health inspector.

Well, we did go on a weekend, was a busy night and we had to wait quite a while for pretty much everything. But I will say the food was very well cooked ( not overcooked like that other big seafood place!) and extremely flavorful. My wife is cajun so we are used to very spicy food So we were surprised. As good as the food was, if i’m going to drop $150 for 2 people for drinks, appetizer and a great meal, I don’t want to wait 15 mins for a server, 20 more minutes for my drink and 20 more minutes for my appetizer, then dinner. Hence the 2 stars for service.

I did a to-go order last night, and, of course, the guy didn’t give me my receipt. The food was terrible. The potatoes were rock hard. I ordered two clusters and only three legs in total. One cluster had one leg, and the other had two, for a total of 3 legs across the two clusters. The sauce wasn’t even that good. It tasted better before it was so thrown together and nasty. I feel like the kitchen did that because it was to order, and they didn’t give me my receipt. If someone sees this, I would definitely like a remake, because that was nasty.

Monday night and we just wanted to have a good dinner night, we came to the right place, we got seated in 3 minutes, our server Dianna took good care of us! It was amazing! Very knowledgeable of the menu, very good recommendations, very attentive to everything we needed during the whole time, gloves, change of the bucket, more napkins, all AND MORE!
I’m a bit picky with my drinks and she even got me one that wasn’t even displayed at the menu, now the food… perfectly cooked, you guys really care about your clients !! Thanks so much Dianna ! We definitely coming back here.

Pretty Classy Lady
This was a wonderful first experience at The Juicy Crab. I got the summertime special which had crawfish, shrimp, and green lip mussels I got garlic butter flavor and no spice. They meal also came with corn and potatoes. I also got the calamari which was flavorful and crunchy. The juicy special wings and fired shrimp were also excellent. Our server was friendly and very attentive. The fruit punch was good and the music wasn’t too loud. I will definitely be going back!
