It’s been here several times. All with extraordinarily Top professional consistent customer service. This is not your normal average Starbucks service. This experience like walking in to grandma’s house and seeing that warm pleasant smile from “everyone”.

This was probably one of the most oddly played out Starbucks I have been to. Small spaces and uncomfortable seating options with little room. Also, they did mess up the order of my friend. The facilities were also difficult to reach. They had a nice outdoor seating area though and the beverages were of the expected quality.

This particular Starbucks just reopened after remodeling. They messed up their whole interior vibe now. It really is dismal. Tiny. Uninviting. Nice job, Starbucks. And then to add to this dismal location is the fact that this particular store is now “unionized”…and so of course they were protesting Starbucks’ “unfair labor practices”…oh brother.

This is the WORST location I’ve ever been to, 3 times I’ve visited this location and THREE times my drink has been wrong, they really need to learn the difference between iced and blended. The third time my drink was wrong I said something and I got an eye roll and a sigh and was rudely told “it is blended”.. No, they definitely gave me an iced drink and on top of that it tasted nasty. I’ll never go back.
