The restaurant is tiny, with only three tables, and it seems like the one, very kind lady is running it solo, but she turns around the food pretty quick. Has a very hale vegan separate menu, with faux chicken and beef options as well was tofu and vegan cheese and crema. Food is very tasty. Well worth the trip.

Delicious Mexican food served up at this small restaurant! We especially enjoyed the enchilada combos, which were a complete meal (w salad, rice, and refried beans) and a great value for the portion size. The owner was friendly – she greeted us and served us with a smile. They have a full two page dedicated vegan menu. We recommend!

I’ve got to come here more often! The tacos are amazing, perfect small street tacos. Everything is so flavorful. The owner is so friendly. She’s also knowledgeable about food allergies AND there’s a vegan menu! This place is such a hidden gem. Will be back soon. If you are thinking of trying it, do it!

This was my second time at Sol of Mexico, first being randomly walking by and trying their chips with guacamole which was delicious. Tonight we ordered the chopped steak plate, tilapia plate, chicken flautas, steak tostada, and the chips with salsa. Absolutely everything was seasoned perfectly, food was fresh, and presented nice. We highly recommend and can assure it won’t disappoint.

Food: I ordered beef tostada and beef fajitas which was very delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful with peppers, and onions. They give you 4 tortillas to make into your own little tacos. The rice was moist and flavored accordingly and the toppings like the fried bean and guacamole was good. Sour cream was bit watery and the tostada does get soggy with all the toppings on the top but nonetheless still good. Tres leche is pretty sweet and I recommend eating it refrigerated

Ambiance: it’s a lot smaller inside like perhaps 6 people can sit and there some outdoor seating but not much to work with.
Location accommodation: Parking is side street parking and it’s in a corner of a one ways street so be careful if parking over there.

I have never had better authentic Mexican food than I have had from this place. Everything is really good! The burritos have perfectly prepared ingredients, the sopes have delicious handmade corn tortillas, the tortas are amazing. I can’t stop going here. They also have a wide variety of Jarrito’s soda flavors. Go here as soon as you can.

Food is very good, and service is always good. They know how to make food that bring me back over and over. I like it here, and as one that have been here many times, I can tell you that even if not perfect, this is the place to go to.
