I got my usual brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and it tasted horrible it was way too strong as if no oat milk was added, I called the store to complain and spoke to the floor supervisor “Aaliyah” she was kinda at first apologizing for me not liking my drink. After I told her I was running late to work and didn’t have time to return it i asked for the baristas name and she said it was “Aaliyah” I said “isn’t your name Aaliyah?” She said “yes” I said “did you make my drink?” she said “no but I don’t remember because there’s been a lot of the same orders” which sounded like a made up excuse cause it had been less than 10min since I left the store. Regardless It was obvious she didn’t make my drink so I gave her the description of the barista who made it, she was rude and argumentative saying she doesn’t know who I’m talking about refusing to give me her name and said to just put the complaint under her name. I don’t understand the lack of accountability and communication. Don’t recommend this place 0/10

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks, but today’s experience was disappointing enough that I felt the need to leave a review.
When I noticed my drink was made incorrectly, I calmly approached a barista named Tony who was standing at the counter not helping anyone but just standing there while other baristas were clearly busy. I politely explained that my order was wrong. Instead of helping or even acknowledging the issue, he responded by saying, “Well you could have told one of them,” while pointing at the busy baristas.
The tone was dismissive and unnecessarily rude, especially given that I approached him calmly and respectfully. Customer service should never make a customer feel like an inconvenience for pointing out a simple mistake.
It’s frustrating because this has been my usual Starbucks, but interactions like this make it uncomfortable to return. I hope management addresses this, as the rest of the staff was clearly working hard and this kind of attitude doesn’t reflect well on the store.

Interior remodel was well executed, and preseves a good amount of interior seating. Staff here is always friendly and attentive, and the large patio makes it a nice destination on sunny days… Great detour from the Fanno Creek trail on those days!

Customer service was great. Person that served me was very kind. I was even introduced to something that I’ve never tried before. She gave me a full rundown of the menu and overall it was a very exciting experience. Very rarely do I do a review after especially in a Starbucks but this person (Feel bad that I can’t remember her name) has exceptional customer service. A great pleasure indeed.

I have met some wonderful baristas at this location- but Tracy was so extremely rude to us. She made our drinks incorrectly, and while the front POS barista was kind and said she was going to fix our drinks right away. Yet Tracy came forward and said what was the problem here? She continued to be very rude and yet again make our drinks incorrectly, a second time. Meeting us with glares and stairs. I liked the Starbucks, but I will not be returning due to Tracy.

Great Starbucks! Excellent customer service! Friendly and cheerful employees as per all Starbucks in my experience! I like to stop there on my way to work at Cascade Plaza! I’ve never had to wait any longer than a couple of minutes for my order to be ready. If something isn’t right in my experience, they’ll do whatever needs to be done to satisfy the customer! Yes, I recommend this Starbucks!

So I always get an iced green tea latte with extra scoops of the green tea powder every time I go to any Starbucks. I always make sure to be super friendly and nice when ordering, because I want to make sure that my drink is made correctly. All that they need to do is shake the drink in a shaker in order to make sure the powder mixes in with the milk. Every time I get my drink here, I end up with a cup of milk with big clumps of green powder floating in it. Today there was even powder on the outside of the cup, which turned out to be way messier than I would’ve guessed. I usually don’t complain but if I’m paying $5 for a drink, tipping, and being super nice I feel like the least you could do is mix my drink all the way…
