I’m not sure if this is franchised so I don’t want to hurt this location’s rating.
The pizza is always consistent, fast, and delicious here.
Something is wrong with their app. Luckily, I’m not poor, otherwise I would have taken a hard pass. The rewards system is a joke. The “free” pizza with the rewards system was $11+ no matter the variation I selected. I added additional things to the cart and tried different things to see if it would change. Nothing helped. No discount applied. If you like a discount, order elsewhere. If you want fast, pricey, and good for a typical dominoes, order here.
I used to be a regular but this experience changed it unless I’m desperate for pizza, which is hard not to be, lol.
Overall it’s still a good “franchised” pizza place.

Bad experience.
My wife called and ordered 4 pizzas from this pizzeria. When I went to pick them up, they told me the order didn’t exist. They asked for my wife’s name and phone number, I gave them the correct information, and they still insisted it was not from their location, as if I was lying.
I explained several times that the order was placed there. I even called my wife in front of them, and she confirmed that she ordered from this pizzeria. Still, they did not believe me and kept calling other locations instead of accepting their mistake.
After a long delay, they finally realized it was their error and started making the pizzas, but by then it was too late. We had family visiting at home, and because of the excessive delay caused by the pizzeria, part of our family ended up leaving.
Very poor organization, bad customer service, and no accountability for their mistakes. I do not recommend this place.

Nice and clean location; Ordered barbeque chicken pizza; it was delicious.. sometimes the online ordering does work for this location. Try placing order over the phone. They can do some customization that’s not possible online. Staff is courteous and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

With our order today we got three orders of the garlic parm bites which are a favorite in our home. However, these were terrible, all three boxes looked like this. Mostly just cooked bread with some pieces having a light dusting but most having no seasoning that belongs on the top at all just dry bread.
This was our first and last time using this location. That is not at all what this is supposed to be and this is half of the meal.

It’s ok it’s dominos but the pizza was cut through and I was headed to a kid bday party at a venue so that was challenging without a pizza cutter. Everything else was fine.

Every time you order the same item, they make a different one. I always order handmade pan pizzas from this place. This time they gave me a regular pizza on a handmade pan pizza box.m, too much marinara, less cheese not even covering the edges. I am taking my weekly pizza day to another location.

Horrible experience. I placed my order online and had to wait over 40 minutes. My order showed as READY, but the employees kept telling me it would be another 5 minutes. They gave my order to someone else, who returned it after realizing it wasn’t theirs. No one apologized. I asked them to remake my order because I didn’t want a pizza that had already been handed to someone else, but they refused to make a new one. Terrible service.

Be aware this place workers know nothing about food poisoning / cross contamination. The food prep girl was fixing her hairs with bare hands and then started prep pizza dough … no one has a gloves on .

Man I’ve gone here a couple of times for food and they always do a great job but today. I went in to get my supreme pizza and brownies and they said it wasn’t ready. Cool no problem. I went next door to the vape shop to buy a vape and the went back in. Felt the need to go to the men’s restroom to alleviate myself and so I went forward. I knocked, no one was inside, I proceeded inside and took care of business and when I turn around I notice there is no damn handle for the door as you will see in the video. So I try to open it and to no avail it doesn’t open. I call the branch number to tell them “yo I’m stuck in your bathroom there is no handle from the inside” and BOOM immediately people rush to the bathroom. (Which I appreciate the response) but I heard mfs laughing outside and well the video will tell you the rest. Yet, as soon as I went outside some employee tells me “ yeah man I got locked in earlier” ok mfer if you got locked in earlier don’t you think it’s a good idea to let your superiors know. I got no answer. Then I go to pay and I still have to pay full price and I say “I should get something for this inconvenience” and the guy says “ oh man it’s my 4th day here”, like that should f’n matter. So I paid FULL PRICE. Then some lady comes up and says “how can I make this better”. I say well not really I just paid full price and if you knew that one of your employees got stuck in their earlier then “maybe you should put a f’n “out of order” sign. I proceeded to walk out because of how heated I was.

Such a great group of employees. We were early for our pick-up order, so we parked in front facing the store. They were all having so much fun. Hard laughing and so lots of positive interaction between them all. It was nice to see the mix of ages and different people, all just doing their job and not hating it at the same time. Keep in mind they were all working hard and continuously busy, but they were just a great team in general.
