Okay this place is in the gas station and I heard it’s awesome. I ordered the chicken sandwich this time. I sat down immediately and ate it in the gas station. The flavor was great. The sandwich was cold. I could have taken it with me home and just eating it at the house. You think they would have warmed it up a little bit. Specifically it stood out that the bun was so cold. It was like out of the fridge or maybe because the air conditioning was on. The flavor was good but I feel like a sandwich for $8 should be warm. I might try it again. We’ll see. There was some hype about the place so I’m a little disappointed. But it is inside of a gas station.

Some of the best Chicken, Shrimp, and Wedges I’ve ever had with one of a kind breading, and one of a kind staff that give you the feeling they care about what they are service. Keep in mind you this location as a whole can be very high traffic due to Orland Bakery being across the open area but that’s just another reason to grab something from Orland Bakery!

Wow we were so excited to try this location as my husband grew up in orland and LOVED the chicken. I surprised him for Father’s Day with the fried chicken jumbo shrimp onion rings and cheese sticks not only was it good but it was all cooked to perfection and I am telling everyone we love about it!! The cost is fair and the staff is so friendly!!

Ordered a Cod dinner in between my Doctors appointments. The fries are enormous and awesome. The Cod was okay. I talked to Kristen, and she was so accommodating for my concerns and credited my order. I would encourage you to try the Hienie’s at Tinley Park.

Great food. Breaded Freshly on site.

The chicken chunks are great, made from chicken that is not processed / formed. Would say they are about the size of a “bonless wing”.

Fried chicken is fresh and juicy.

Dont forget to get that tangy mild sauce!!!

Poorest experience at a drive thru. The advertised menu board price is $9.15. You get to the window where they ask you for just under $16. I was dumbfounded and expressed there had to be a mistake? The cashier says, “oh no. We raised our prices but the guy forgot to change the menu board” So $6 on a sandwich is what they consider a price increase? That’s more than a 50% increase on a sandwich? No thats highway robbery. Any other establishment would have said ” we will honor tje advertised price” instead, she asked if i wanted to cancel. I did. Simply ridiculous and unethical.

I was sitting in the lobby waiting on my order and one of the servers continued to laugh about how she told somebody it would take 30 minute when it wouldn’t be that long. Food is usually good but that’s upsetting tho as someone that usually tries to order ahead

Ordered chicken chunks and a 1/2 pound of shrimp. Shrimp were good-chicken chunks were not fresh. The guy that handed me my food didn’t say hello or have a nice day! Weird experience.

Update: On 8/9/25, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 3-piece tender meal and one chicken leg. After eating part of my food, I decided to reheat the rest in my air fryer later. When I was about to do so, I found a piece of a pink acrylic fingernail in the food.

I immediately called the manager to report it. She apologized, took my name and number, and offered a meal replacement. I texted her a photo of the nail. Later, she texted back saying she had checked the employees and “currently” no one had nail polish on. I explained the time I was there and suggested it might have come from someone on a different shift the day before.

What I do know: the nail was in my food before it ever reached me. This was disgusting, ruined the rest of my day, and absolutely needs to be addressed. It should never happen period.

This is my second bad experience here, and I will not be returning. I don’t want a refund or a free meal just for this to be taken seriously. I’ve attached a photo.

Checked it out tonight. Placed my order at 5:06pm. I ordered the 10 piece wing dinner with wedges. As I stood there watching other people order, get their food and leave, I started getting a little impatient. Looked at my phone and the time was 5:28. I was ready to ask for my money back and at 5:30 I finally received my food. It was supposed to come with Cole slaw and I didn’t receive any. When the young girl brought my order up I asked for sauce and she gave me a look like I was putting her out by asking. If I had anything but good experiences at the Orland location I would have given them 1 star. If you’re going to make someone wait almost a half hour for an order at least let them know in advance. The food wasn’t as good as Orland either. Not sure if I’ll give this location another shot.
