I normally don’t leave reviews but I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks the past 2 days. I stopped here by chance on my way home & ordered my normal drink & for the first time in a long time they made it exactly the way I wanted it! Nothing was missing. I have several Starbucks that are closer to my house by I will be traveling the extra minutes to go to this one! Thank you guys. Your service is greatly appreciated in my opinion & vital to peoples morning rountines! Will be back. ❤️

But the place is well staffed and for the most part seems to run pretty smooth. I like the size and setup of this Starbucks though. Easy to come here and find space to work. Nice during the warm months too. Not my FAVORITE local Starbucks, but in terms of atmosphere it would be in my top 5 locally.

Not crowded at all, but I stood for 35 mins while my friend finished her order and was asked twice what i ordered before they found my coffee by the drive through, cold. whoever was on shift december 17th at 4 needs to find a different line of work. insane. 35 mins for a small coffee is wild work.

I visited this Starbucks on Sunday and placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. Despite only four cars ahead of me, I waited several minutes at the intercom with no greeting and then over 10 minutes at the window for my order. When I asked about my drink the employee was rude, dismissive and closed the window while I was speaking, so I decided to request a refund.
The manager Tristian rudely came over, saying “mobile orders can take up to 10 min”, to which I said “I ordered more than 10 min ago” showing him my app. He was also unable to issue a refund because he didn’t know how to – he was just struggling pressing buttons on a computer for like 4 mins, and offered no apology after the delay and rude service. I eventually just took the drink since a refund couldn’t be processed, and of course, it was nasty.
Staff needs serious retraining. How does a manager not know how to issue a refund??

Nice place to grab coffee, tea and some food to go. Nice place to meet friends or hang out for a little bit or have a meeting with cousins, co-workers. Staff are getting you as you come in come.

This Starbuck’s is my first time checking it out, and it was okay and different. The floor design was nice and comfortable. Plus it had lots of room for the staff to perform and maneuver without any problems. That always makes it work better for the servers to deal with customers, especially the large drive-thru customers they have throughout the day.
The barista who took our order greeted us at the door and was patient and friendly while taking our order, which really helped out a lot. This location also had a nice size patio with nice size comfortable chairs and a large overhead shade that covered most of the patio area. Most of the time, they use those green patio umbrellas that don’t quite do the job shading you from the sun. The nice design they have for you to park and pick up your online orders is really nice and different, along with adequate handicap parking.
Another thing is the comfortable seating inside as well in different sections of the store. The restrooms were also clean and maintain. This store also has double lanes to accommodate their heavy at different times drive-through customers.
Normally, the stores have a pantry display up front that was also different at this location, which gave them counter space

Excellent aroma in cafe always. The food is good but the food menu seems a bit dated and stagnant. While tasty, sometimes the breakfast sandwiches seem meh. However their coffee trumps all. Always good, and their service is excellent.

This Starbucks is my favorite I hope it never changes!! The service is always spot on, the food is made perfectly. I actually live closer to the one on SOM Center Rd but I will never go there again and prefer this location.

Bad customer service at this location. You are doing a disservice to your employees by not training them properly. We waited longer than usual for our order because of their mistake. No problem. The problem is the cashier ignored me when I walked up and stood right in front of the cashier. I said “excuse me” calmly and the cashier continued to ignore me. I had to raise my voice to get the cashier to acknoledge me. We will not be back until this problem is addressed.
