Upon multiple orders, I leave this review. Placed a future order through the app at 9am to be ready at 7pm, arrived at 715pm, drive thru was at a stand still, waited 10 minutes, went in to pick up my order was then told that they were behind because they didn’t have any product, so they were backed up and they hadn’t even started my order. One female employee was on her cell phone, a male employee walked out the back door outside. As the line inside grew and the line at the drive thru, there was a lot more talking amongst workers than pizzas coming out. After waiting another 40 minutes I finally received my order, and when I got home the pretzel pizzas I ordered were not pretzel pizzas at all, they were hand tossed with butter and salt on the crust. Not wanting to return, I waited brought the pizza in and received credit for them. Welp, I finally decided to have pizza, tried calling the location 7 times, with no answer any time. So I placed half my order online and the pretzel pizzas for credit at the window, the male employee was polite and helpful, however once again when I got my pretzel pizzas they were anything but that. I noticed the sign says hiring and under new management, they really need to figure out what that means because i used to actually get the pretzel pizzas they way they were advertised. Also, hair nets and gloves are standard for any kitchen.

Employees are always slow and rude, ignore you for 30 minutes then talk shit to your face if you calmly ask if someone can take your order… then they will screw up an order every single time if they even remember to make the food in the first place. (Literally waited over an hour one time for an order they never even put in the system.) Nobody EVER answers the phone so it’s literally impossible to speak to a manager. Finally managed to talk to one, once, and she basically said there was nothing she could do about the laundry list of complaints we have with her store. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered from here often genuinely just because its near by my house. We order inside often because the drive thru takes forever, literally minimum half an hour wait in drive thru. Every time we go in you get ignored, rap music is blaring. Today we ordered a pick up forever out after a 5 hour drive. We made sure it was set to be ready at pick up. Never got an email saying it was ready but we ordered it almost 2 hours previously so figured ut wouldn’t be an issue. We got in line and when she opened the windows just got “well it isnt ready” and she walked away. Attitude and all. So we pulled away. Got back in line 10 minutes later, to proceed to wait over half an hour past, so now over 40 minutes past pick up time. Still in drive thru waiting. The parking lot is so small we wat hed a vehicle get hit and couldn’t do anything because there isnt space for people to park and leave while there is a HUGE line waiting.
Edit now that it is picked up: it took till 7:55 to get a order that was supposed to be ready at 7pm, after my husband went in and had to argue because they tried to argue that my order had already went out.

It took us 15 minutes sitting at the window before anyone even came to check on us, we were specifically told to go to the window and the person inside even made eye contact with us multiple times. while we were there we watched as the exact same cutter was used for everything without even being wiped off between items. The pizza we got was pretty good but the breadsticks were burnt and are literally as hard as rocks. Never going to this little Caesar’s again.

Never ever will I go to this location again. 9pm. Front doors are locked. Line around and out on the street. And people walking up to the drive through window to get there app orders. I guess at this location you order like mcdonalds. And then sit at the drive through window until there done making your pizza. Pizza takes awhile to make. Why not have them park and a employee bring the order out so the line can be moving. I never seen so Many people pissed off at a pizza place lol.

Terrible place ! And dirty !!! But then again nothing has changed over the years so honestly don’t know what I expected when coming here , watched the workers through the window have a good 10 minute convo ( obviously not caring I was there ) honked my horn atleast 2 times to get their attention and to no avail they continued their conversation and ignored me and then proceeds to come to the door and tell me I will have to wait even longer for a pizza ?!
