We were really disappointed with our recent visit. My husband’s burger was underdone, and my fried chicken sandwich was barely edible — it was tough and chewy. The last time we ate here (about a month ago), the onion rings were also doughy and undercooked. We’ve given this location multiple chances but unfortunately haven’t had a good experience. Hoping they can improve their food quality and consistency.

Their burgers are always fresh, the fries are perfectly crispy and seasoned, and the root beer float I ordered hit the spot. it’s easily one of my top three favorite floats ever. If you haven’t tried the Grilled Cheese Steakburger on a Hawaiian bun, you’re seriously missing out—it’s a must-try

How hard is it to fill a bag at a fast food joint? Apparently pretty damn hard. This is probably the 5th time we’ve got home and something is missing from our order. At this point, I feel like it’s gross incompetence. Get your staff trained. If teenagers can’t hang, fire them.

We came in and they we laughing and messing around which I get but when I asked for a simple cookie dough concrete they gave me cookies and cream instead and then my friend asked for cheesy fries and he got regular fries. They also said out loud right after they took my order they didn’t hear what I asked for because they were laughing. The entire time my friend me and his little brother were eating they made an uncomfortable environment. They were also disrespectful to me because when the called me up for my order they just said the weird man. All of them should be fired.

We visited here for the concrete custard, specifically the PBC&B. We couldn’t find or taste the banana. However, our custard was pretty good anyways. They need a little housekeeping training. There was only one other guest when we arrived and we had a difficult time finding a clean table. A couple of tables looked clean from a distance but they were sticky. Dirty water had dried on the tables where someone attempted to clean them. The floors felt sticky in places and slick in other places. It was extremely hot outside so we found the cleanest table and finished our custard quickly and left.

We were doing an asphalt job here so we ordered lunch online. Picked up with no issues and it was yum. Later in the day we ordered shakes online and we got there to pick them up and was told they didn’t have our order. Even though we had already paid online. They gave us our shakes anyway.
